This stunning, well appointed 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bathroom home is located in the gated community of Hermosa Palms. Check the surf off the master bedroom and deck, or let it lull you to sleep after a day of fun. Savour your coffee and breakfast outside under one of the 3 covered terraces. The second story “ spa terrace” is a wonderful place to read a book, have a conversation all while sitting in our new spa addition. Not heating it through the day makes for a refreshing relaxing experience , all the while being massaged by 85 jets. For the evening turn it up a few degrees t o soothe your body before going to bed. Enjoy the sea breezes while swinging in the hammocks on the roof top terrace. Have a barbecue or let someone else do the cooking with a private chef or dine at one of the dozens of nearby restaurants.
Pack a lunch, grab the beach chairs, umbrella and coolers ( all provided) and go to a secluded beach. We are happy to direct you. Be a Robinson Crusoe family for a week and let your hair down. Have that adventurous vacation that you have always wanted. Its all within nearby proximity. There is so much diversity in every-way to choose from!! The good and the bad is that you can't do it all in one trip, so that means you can't wait to come back!

The beach and community pool are a short, less than a two minute, 300 foot stroll away. Just carry your surf board with you. Playa Hermosa is one of the most consistent and best surfing destinations in Costa Rica, the past site of the past 2009 summer world surfing championships. Body and surf board rentals as well as lessons are available for all ages on site from champion instructors.
You will see turtle nests on the beach where they laid their eggs and often the hatchlings scampering to the sea. Spotting the Scarlet Macaw parrots in the Almendro trees is a daily event, usually at 6am or 4 pm.
Listen for the Howler monkeys at day break.

Your private beach home is just 10 minutes away from the town of Jaco. In Jaco you will find numerous restaurants, shops, banks, grocery stores, car rentals, pharmacies and plenty of night life including casinos.
For a real thrill don't forget the Zip lines just outside of town.
You're only 90 minutes or less from the world famous Manuel Antonio National Park. This park has monkeys, parrots and lots of other wildlife. There are great eateries along the way with spectacular clifftop ocean views.

Just a 15 minute drive north you will find the 5 star Marriott Los Suenos Resort, which offers golf, tennis, shops, fine dining, spa and marina; or continue along another 5 minutes and treat yourself to sunset cocktails at Villa Caleta's. This will be unforgettable.
The airport in San Jose is less than ninety minutes away with a newly opened highway. Rental car pickup, taxi or van can be easily arranged including a driver. Just step out of the airport and let someone else do the driving.

This spectacular tropical beach community of Hermosa Palms is noted for its ideal location and friendly atmosphere. Close to the town of Jaco, yet blessed with 5 miles of uncrowded beach and endless surf. It is the most central location to countless activities, tours, numerous other secluded beaches, two fabulous marinas, sport fishing, restaurants, casinos and night life. Your ideal place to decompress from life's pressures.
Please note :
for Christmas and New years rental weeks we have a 7 night minimum. We are renting these weeks in two separate groupings and are happy to discuss dates that work best for you but not for example Dec 23 or 24th to January1. If you want two rental weeks across Christmas and New years we are very happy to accommodate. We prefer No check-in or checkout on Dec 24, Dec. 25 or January 1. We are trying to give our staff family time during this holiday season.
A point of note . One must sign a rental contract adhering to ours and the community regulations. Absolutely no unregistered quests , bachelor parties or loud, unruly behaviour. We are a family community and most people shut down at 9-10pm. No loud music or parties outside after 10pm. We like our neighbours and love our tropical community paradise. Jaco "escorts" are ABSOLUTELY not permitted here or in the community.
