The apartment provides very comfortable sleeping arrangements for five adult persons.Children are welcomed . It has two warm and beautifully decorated bedrooms and one spacious and clean bathroom. Completely equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and a freezer, a nicely sized microwave, coffee pot, oven, stove top, dishwasher. Clothes Washing Machine. Parking place. Satellite TV with spacious lounge area. Terrace with table & chairs, spectacular view!

Sehr schön!

Wir sind mit der FeWo rundherum zufrieden! Der große Balkon mit einer freien Sicht zur Natur: Meer, Wald, Wiesen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Man hat hier wirklich an jede Kleinigkeit gedacht! Die Spülmaschine hat uns sehr viel Zeit gespart. Ein ganz besonderes Lob und besten Dank an unsere Vermittlerin! Marjana ist eine durchaus nette und freundliche Person! von ihr haben wir super Tipps zu Stränden, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten erhalten! Unter anderen Sprachen spricht Marjana fließend Deutsch, das hat unsere Kommunikation sehr vereinfacht. Gerne wieder!

Beautiful holiday week in Porec

We just got back from our week in Porec, and Marjana's apartment was perfect: from the kitchen to the bedrooms, to the bathroom and to the terrace, everything was perfectly clean and up to the standard the we expected. She is a super nice person, very calm thoughtful, caring and kind. She effortlessly jumps from one language to another being, in this way, extremely resourceful. The house is located in the tranquility of the Istrian cost, just a few minutes from the town of Porec; you are close to all the amenities you might want and, at the same time, completely surrounded by luxurious and peace bringing vineyards. I strongly recommend Marjana's apartment, it is a spot on choice both for families and couples. Top value choice. Michele.

A much needed peacefully restful stay.

I found peace and tranquillity all around this apartment! I woke up to the singing chorus of birds, breathed in the crisp fresh mountain air, and could look out to the majesty of the truly spectacular view all the way to the sea. The walk to the closest laguna is short and beautiful with vineyards along the way. There is so much beautiful nature to soak in that my spirit felt reborn. Many of the water activities were closed this time of year but with the reduced room rate, I could enjoy day trips to other close towns by car and bring back tasty treats to the fully equipped kitchen. I appreciated the convenience of washing my clothes at the apartment. I was given great advice by the owner, Marjana, who is the most calm and giving person I have ever met. She told me the best things to do and is overall very knowledgeable about Istria and its wonders. She is very attentive to every need and is very kind, a gracious hostess. Even with her busy schedule, she made sure that I had all that I required for any day trip or any excursion while I stayed with her. We are still in contact with each other, she is very helpful for anything Istria and beyond. She did a lot of translating for me, as she knows 4 languages. I highly recommend this apartment, it would be great for families, I had plenty of room. The terrace is a wonderfully serene place to relax. Thank you for reading my review!!! Jessica

I have lived in Mugeba for 6 years. I have enjoyed the beauty that surrounds this apartment. I own a kinder garden in the nearby city of Poreč. I have adored being an educator for 9 years. I do speak: English, Croatian, Italian and German. I do live in the apartment next door to this one.

Why they chose this property

There is peace in the nature that surrounds this apartment. It gives a sense of calm and serenity for a relaxing visit. It is a 15 minute walk to the sea. There are many different activities for sports and fun in the sea. There is a bicycle track all throughout Istria. There is a new opened watterpark !

What makes this property unique

Extremely good food. Gorgeous water and fun in the sun. Many hours of sunny days. There is an open market with fresh fish and fresh farm vegetables and fruit from the local area. Rich cultural programs/ events offered by the town. The closest airport is Pula.
