Licul Modern retreat

The Licul holiday apartment, equipped for 5 people, is located on the first floor of our house.

It includes 2 separate bedrooms, a living room, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a private terrace with sea views.

Bed linen, towels, kitchenware, a kettle, and a coffee maker are provided.

The outdoor area features a garden with a barbecue. Parking is available in front of the house.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
I booked 4nights in the apartman for 4 adult we travel 6 hours to occupy the apartman and when we get there I told and show the reservation to the host who don’t speak English but the web site says he speaks, nevermind and he told me that the apartman is full we told him that we booked it and paid it but he just turn around and walk away! It was humiliating for me and I feel taken advantage of. I do not recommend the apartment at all.

Wir haben mit dem Gastgeber geschrieben und auch die Buchtungsbestättigung von fewo bekommen und ein Tag vor der Abreise festgestellt das kein Geld abgebucht wurde und die fewo Mitarbeiter nicht in der Lage waren zu helfen und auch der Gastgeber keine Reaktion und hat die Unterkunft schon weiter vermietet.

Lejligheden var rummelig og smukt indrettet, hvilket fik os til at føle os hjemme, Vi nød især balkonen med udsigt til haven, perfekt til vores morgenkaffe, Beliggenheden er lidt afsides, men det tilføjede til sin charme—kun en kort køretur til Laguna Beach og Poreč Main Square for sightseeing, Køkkenet var veludstyret, så vi kunne nemt forberede måltider, Samlet set et fantastisk ophold, som jeg vil anbefale til alle, der søger en fredelig ferie!
