Cadre dépaysant et prometteur

Un très joli chalet gîte ,au calme, grande verrière mais au delà de l apparence physique il s avéré n être pas celui de la vidéo ni des photos mais son frérot puisqu' il y en a 2 sur site et l autre semble nettement mieux entretenu.Notre chalet intitulé chalet vert manque d entretien, la clim fonctionne extrêmement mal et nous sommes en canicule, nous avions pris la prestation serviettes pour 6 payantes nous n en avions que 4..les chaises sont dépareillées et pas toutes très confortables, terrasse qui a besoin d être Lasuree , vaisselle trop juste pour 6 il manques des tasses et cuillères par exemple..1 grand frigo au top et un petit qui ne fonctionne pas..salon de jardin pour 4 dans son jus.Les chambres sont par contre sympas , le wifi parfait.. cheminée qui doit être agréable l hiver.Pb avec le détecteur de fumée qui s est déclenché 3 fois les 2 nuits pour des raisons inconnues...nous n avions rien qui le justifiait...sauf peut-être cette clim très fatiguée.. ??Plutôt déçus des prestations car le gîte a besoin vraiment d être repris et entretenu Dommage de ne pas avoir su qu il y avait 2 chalets ... photos bien trop prometteuses.Joli coin de campagne et proche du lac de chamboux, au calme et au vert!Bien pour les ballades et la pêche Hôte qui a été disponible avant notre arrivée par tel et message

Genieten.

In dit mooie, een beetje gedateerde, van alle gemakken voorzien houten huis met enorme ramen, omgeven door bos en bosweiland een heerlijke week met ons twee verbleven. Wandelen kan direct vanuit het huis en anders even met de auto ergens heen. De bakker op 6 km afstand en ook andere winkels en restaurantjes. In huis werkte alles en warmte van de houtkachel. Even hout ophalen in het houthok en de voorraad is weer in orde.Wij hebben in dit huis nu voor de tweede keer een heerlijke week door gebracht.

Notre séjour s'est déroulé sous un soleil radieux. Parfait pour marcher autour des lacs et dans les forêts. Les villes d'Avallon et de Semur en Auxois sont à voir!Par contre le gîte présente qques défauts : aménagement de la salle de bains très sommaire, terrasse instable et trop étroite, et l'insert tirait mal et fuyait. Quelques réparations mineures permettraient d améliorer le confort de ce gîte sympathique.Mais le propriétaire a été charmant, discret et le séjour très reposant.

Helemaal super !

Voor wie van rust en natuur houdt zit hier helemaal goed. Zelfs als je binnen zit heb je nog het idee dat je in het bos zit. Bij een wat killere avond is de houtkachel hartverwarmend. Het ontbrak ons aan niets. We hebben genoten van de Morvan met zijn dromerige dorpjes, chateaus, prachtige abdijen en schitterende natuur waaronder de vele meren.

Le paradis c'est ici..

Le chalet et son environnement exceptionnels ! situé au détour d'une clairière en bout de chemin, on s'attend à voir une biche sortir de la forêt...et les 7 nains revenir de couper du bois ...si la maison de Blanche Neige existe, c'est ici..Néanmoins Saulieu est à 5 kms, le lac Chamboux accessible par chemin piéton à 800 m...Et la région est exceptionnelle tant par les paysages que par le passé historique.

Comme une cabane dans les bois!

Un séjour très reposant au calme. La ville de Saulieu à 5mn en voiture fournit tout ce qu’il faut (boulangerie, marché, poste, hôpital, supermarché…). Le lac de Chamboux à qq mn à pied est charmant est très bien aménagé.

Joli chalet avec belle cheminée et très belle vue. Séjour dépaysant pour des randonnées en famille avec notre chien. Le propriétaire est très disponible et très gentil.

Vakantiehuisje La Serree

De eerste indruk was goed. Mooi gelegen en redelijk ruim bemeten. Ervan uitgaande dat alles minimaal functioneel zou zijn. Dat bleek een misvatting. De doucheruimte was al voor onze komst slecht. De douchevloer bleek compleet stuk te zijn. Cement lag los van de ondervloer. Nadere check bleek de inventaris onvolledig te zijn. Een broodmes zou geen overbodige luxe zijn. Een airco bleek onjuist te zijn opgehangen met als gevolg een lekkage aan de binnenzijde van de wand. Nogal opmerkelijk dat de eigenaar/beheerder met een rekening aan kwam zetten voor wat additionele kosten. Overigens waren dit kosten voor services waarvoor wij in eerste instantie wel om verzocht hadden (schoonmaak, huisdier, lakenset) maar die wij niet meer passend vonden voor het verblijf. Voor VBDO misschien een tip om regelmatig te controleren of er wordt voldaan aan de minimale eisen om het eea aan te bieden. Daarnaast zou VBDO ook doortastender kunnen handelen dan alleen maar aan te geven dat wij als klant het met de eigenaar -eerst- maar moet zien op te lossen. Wij hebben een contract met VBDO en niet met de eigenaar van het vakantiehuisje. Kortom voor zowel de eigenaar als de verhuurder werk aan de winkel om de klant/gast niet op te laten draaien voor het ongemak.

Chalet isolé pour silence et cheminée

Petit chalet chaleureux pour week-end détente et grande nature. Michel fait tout pour que vous vous sentiez bien. On reviendra, autant pour les enfants que pour notre chien.

Séjour au vert inoubliable

Le chalet est conforme à la description, très agréable et lumineux à vivre, de sympathiques randonnées autour et la ville de Saulieu, plus proche lieu de ravitaillement à 7 min en voiture), dispose de chouettes commerçants. une parenthèse au vert des plus appréciables avec un hôte disponible et bienveillant. Parfait !

Excellent week-end passé dans ce petit chalet dans la nature. Le chalet est simple mais bien équipé. Propriétaire très sympathique. Belles randonnées à faire. Bref un excellent moment passé « hors du temps » avec juste le chant des oiseaux. Sans oublier cette magnifique cheminée !

Très beau chalet en pleine nature

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour (avec un bébé) dans ce très beau chalet au milieu de la nature. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la pièce de vie avec les grandes baies vitrées et la magnifique cheminée ! Pas de vis à vis, terrain en bord de rivière, parfaitement situé pour des balades au lac de Chamboux ou un peu plus loin au lac des Settons

Un moment hors du temps en pleine nature
