The studio is fully equipped with all amenities to make you stay as comfortable as possible, such as a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fan oven and electric hob and a range of kitchen bits and bobs. There is a large breakfast island with two walnut stools and a coffee machine.
The bathroom features heated towel rail, touch activated mirror and a large quadrant shower.
The comfortable modern double bed sits on a raised illuminated platform.
There is plenty of storage in the large wardrobe equipped with a full-length mirror and hangers.
Being situated in the heart of Kemptown which has been long associated with LGBT culture, Kemptown centres on lively St. James’s Street, where rainbow flags adorn many of the bars, clubs, and cafes . Side streets flanked by Regency-style houses lead down to the seafront. Classic vinyl, vintage fashion, and antiques draw shoppers to quirky boutiques and Brighton Flea Market.
Brighton offers a range of fantastic stores and restaurants along with some top tourist attractions such as The Royal Pavilion. Brighton Dome. The Lanes. British Airways i360. Brighton Beach. The street around the apartment are metered parking. There is also long stay metered parking just a five minute walk from the property. Somerset Street is the closest, Freshwater Road, Freshwater Way and Sutherland Road all offer this too. This is a top floor apartment. Must climb stairs. Not suitable for large heavy luggage bags or prams.
Prior to leaving can you load and turn on the dishwasher to ensure it has time to complete the cycle prior to the next guests arrival, bagged up all rubbish, along with any left over food items, you will find the bin at the bottom of Charlotte Street or just around the corner outside the Curry Leaf Cafe.
The cleaning fee covers all cleaning, laundry/towels and bed linens which we provide for your stay.
