Waters Edge Your Ideal Beachfront Escape

RIGHT ON THE BEACH!

You can't get closer than this. Remodeled, modern contemporary home with a waterfront wraparound deck where you can sit and enjoy the ever-changing views. 150 feet of private beach access is just down the steps (use of private beach is limited to within the property lines of home, but a public beach for taking walks can be accessed less than 1/4 mile down the street.)

This unique home's Great Room features a 14 foot open beamed ceiling, modern tile floors and huge waterfront picture windows.

Grill up some steaks on the outdoor barbeque or whip up a gourmet meal in the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, with state of the art Samsung appliances. Washer and dryer included. 

Relax with a movie on the Cable TV / DVD or enjoy the free Wifi in front of the large natural stone propane fireplace.  Feel the stress melting away!

Retire for the evening in one of two water side bedrooms each with its own on suite bath.  Enjoy your morning coffee on the wraparound deck, protected from the wind, and soak up the morning sunshine.

PARKING: there is only enough room to park two cars. 

Four miles north of Sequim, on a very quiet street, the new Water's Edge will meet your every need for a restful beach experience. If you need more beds, check out "The Crab Shack" which is right across the street to include additional friends and family.

Only 55 minutes from Olympic National Park, where you can drive up to Hurricane Ridge for spectacular views and an easy hike at the top.

About 14 minutes from John Wayne Marina, which has excellent marine services, a restaurant, boat launch ramps, public beach access, and picnic areas.

We loved staying at this beautiful home right on the waters edge. The location could not have been any better, just steps away from the water. The check in process was simple, home as advertised and necessary amenities provided. Highly recommended!

Just wonderful

A fantastic location for a getaway. Bring binoculars so you can watch the birds (including eagles), the seals, and the passing ships. The house was very functional. Great base for exploring the area. Expensive but absolutely worth it, we will be back.

Nice place

Great water views. The home is well maintained and comfortable. Beach access is limited the 100 feet of coastline because of WA states dumb laws about shoreline ownership but wasn't too much of an issue. My favorite part: the winter storm (small craft advisory) with waves crashing into the beach just 15 yards away from the bedroom windows. Loved that sound! And the beautiful sunrise the next morning!

Don't miss this!

As the previous reviews pointed out, excellent location, beautiful views and a simply dramatic experience! Storms came in all night, rain, wind and tide. What no one mentioned is the architecture of this home. Beautiful, open and simply complemented the drama going out out side. Pleasure watching the beauty of the PNW play out outside in a safe, warm and welcoming classic home on the coast. Again, thank you for making this place available to experience a slice of heaven on Washington's peninsula!

So peaceful, beautiful, clean, and well managed!

The location of the property could not be better. The area is peaceful, there's not much traffic on the road in front of the house, and there is nothing between the back deck and the private beach on the Strait of Juan de Fuca. The home is built to have the best views of the water with large windows facing it in each room. Also the home is not filled with clutter but is gorgeous with exposed beams and plenty of light. The property management efficient and available. They were immediately responsive and followed-up right away when we reached out to them. This was the best vacation rental experience we have ever had.

The location is in a beautiful, walkable neighborhood. The water views are outstanding. We loved the layout of the home. The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the house for privacy. It was clean and comfortable, with a great kitchen and lots of room to spread out. We would love to come back. Becky & Bob April 2024

Wonderful home on the water

This was the perfect location for our visit to Sequim. The house was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for making dinners. The view and the sound of the water from the deck was wonderful. Would definately stay again.

Beachfront Tranquility

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful beachfront home. The architecture, wood beams, expansive windows, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, gas fire place, bathroom supplies - (plenty of toilet paper, shower soap, shampoo, conditioner), outdoor deck, and beautiful setting made this a very nice place to stay. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrises & sunsets. The view from the home overlooks the water where we saw seals, eagles, and a variety of other birds. Just down the road was a lovely place to walk on the beach. And the community is quiet and friendly. The sound of the waves was very pleasant to go to sleep to. Our location was close to a variety of places to visit around the Olympic Peninsula. Communication with the host was easy and prompt. I would definitively recommend this vacation home. (My only request is for a new can opener, a simple fix which the host said they would look into.)

Family vacation

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Water’s Edge. The home is lovely- comfortably furnished and well stocked . We especially loved the view from the large windows and outside deck - it was awesome watching the seals ,otters and eagles!! Location is convenient for exploring the Olympic Peninsula. We did have a problem with our bed-the property manager was very courteous and the issue was taken care of in a timely manner with no inconvenience to us. Would definitely recommend this property !
