Lovely studio apartment for 2-4 persons complete with everything and tables and chairs for outdoor dining. It offers its guests completely reserved space for their ENTIRE HOLIDAY in the pool, barbecue area and garden for maximum privacy and security. It is located within a S.T.I.N.A. Park ORGANIC farm that has been cultivating its land for over 30 years with organic and natural systems, producing organic spelt and an excellent Extra Virgin Olive Oil Monovarietal Leccino, Frantoio and Moraiolo. The property is located in the municipality of Monteleone d'Orvieto halfway between Rome and Florence, at an altitude of 450 metres above sea level on the beautiful Umbrian hills; it is surrounded by woods, olive groves, vineyards, ancient castles and the medieval villages of Città della Pieve, Panicale, Paciano, Parrano, Montegabbione, Montegiove and Castel di Fiori. Lakes Trasimeno, Bolsena and Chiusi and cities of art such as Orvieto, Perugia, Florence, Assisi, Todi, Rome, Spoleto and Siena are within easy reach. The organic farm is about 6 km from the Fabro motorway exit and 4 km from the Fabro-Ficulle railway station. From the village of Monteleone d'Orvieto, 4 km away, there is a bus service to various Umbrian and Tuscan locations.
