We loved our stay here! It's like a magical garden oasis in the middle with a pool. The pool was a perfect temp, not to cold or hot. I love that we could swim at ni.ght and everything was lit with cozy lighting around the pool. The rooms are comfortable. The shower doesn't get piping hot but it gets warm. The AC units work well in the bedrooms. The kitchen has a good amount of space, but basic utensils and dishes. Everything feels safe inside and the terrace even has it's own fence and gate. Beware of the mosquitos and even if you keep the doors and windows closed, they still find their way inside and bite at night. Come prepared with spray. There is a path to enter the beach next to the Whala resort and it takes about 10min to walk from the apt. I drive and Uber are readily available. The person handling check-in was really nice and suggested an Italian restaurant in walking distance Pizzeria De Fabry which was amazing, the pizza was incredible. There was a hair dryer and Netflix app available. We could easily come and go from the front gate all hours of the night, they give you a key to get in and out. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Perfect

If you truly want a perfect stay in the DR Tropical Gardens is the place. So perfectly located. Everything close. The apartments are very clean and well tended. The property manager is an angel. The pool is perfect. I will return again and again
