The complex is quiet and clean. The apartment was perfect for 2 people, and had all the comforts of home. There are lots of restaurants within 5 miles.The beach was quiet and the jetty is close for fishing.

The unit was nice and fit our needs but the bed was old and very uncomfortable, and there was always a sound of water running. The a/c vents in the bedroom didn't allow or blow cold air but the living room vets worked and it was freezing. Got a text prior to arrival about the hot tub was not working but would be repaired soon but after 7 days still was not operational. Asked for a late checkout, and was denied, asked for a single hour and was denied. I would likely stay again based on location if nothing else was available for a similar price.

Christmas trip

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a very close walk to the beach. It was very comfortable. The only complaint was the bathtub was not clean. There was a grungy ring around it that look like if you’ve been there a while and nobody had scrubbed it out so I couldn’t really take a bath. I had to shower there because I didn’t want to sit in a tub with somebody else’s body grunge on it. The condo was comfortable. The location was good, but we did have trouble initially finding the condo once we found everything was OK very close to everything. We needed grocery stores and restaurants.

Toilet didn’t work

Main issue we had was a broken toilet that took over a day to fix. A plumber needed to be brought in at some point to repair. Had to use outside public bathrooms for a day or so.

We enjoyed our stay here! The location is unbeatable, just a quick walk down to the beach. Everything was very clean inside. Not much space in the bedroom so we also had to use the pull out couch in the living room which wasn’t very comfortable :(. All in all satisfied tho!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time at this place. Loved it. Only downside was my sister-in-law was on 2nd floor rental and the place doesn't have elevator. Normally not an issue, but I'm just recovering from knee surgery. Only other issue - wish rental had a Keurig coffee machine, not used to making coffee in the regular coffee pot.
