Nestled in a prime location, this home is your gateway to the great outdoors with breathtaking mountain walks right out the front door. Enjoy easy access to the best of the area—Sundance Resort is just 15 minutes away, BYU Campus is a 10-minute drive, and The Riverwoods Shopping and Restaurant area is only 5 minutes from the house.

The master suite has a king-sized bed and a private bathroom. Two additional upstairs bedrooms and one room in the basement each offer queen-sized beds. The large upstairs room includes two twin beds, while another basement room is perfect for kids with two more twin beds. We have a pack 'n play as well.

Enjoy a picnic in the gazebo, surrounded by the natural beauty of the mountains and view of the valley, music in the piano room, games and movies on the 72" Flatscreen TV.

Fully equipped to handle any meal, our kitchen is ready for your family feasts or a quick snack before heading out to explore.

Great Space for Extended Family

The house is perfect for several generations who want to stay in one house and is well suited for children. The check-in and check-out process were both very smooth. It would have been great if the house came with a property guide that gave details on where to find things around the house such as towels, extra trash bags, etc. and how the house should be prepared for check-out.

The heat was a deterrent

The property was a nice size and great location. It was clean. The temperature inside was 89 degrees. That was a killer! We brought this to the attention of the owner. She said it should cool off by the next day with the AC on. The upstairs unit worked well, but it took time to cool, the main floor and basement never cooled off. We never made it out of the 80’s. We did bring some fans in to circulate the air making it tolerable. The owner did sent the AC guy and he said the unit was not repairable. There was no discount offered 😦 for this tremendous inconvenience. The plumbing was also an issue. The upstairs bath would not work from the shower and there was no stopper to take a bath, so basically a Faucett only. The master worked, but only the shower, not the bath. The basement shower pipes were very noisy. We still enjoyed our trip, the place has definite potential, but needed the grass cut, and still felt a little “lived in “ with Laundry in hampers, shampoo and soaps half used, and food still in the fridge. Nothing terrible, owner seemed nice, it was clean, but I never received check in or out instructions.

Piano and room for everyone! The ambiance, indoor and outdoors space, and neighborhood are all amazing for couples, families with kids, and groups.

What makes this property unique

Location, # of beds and space, amazing ambiance, yoga and music room, gazebo Hot tub and and basketball court Outside. Park down the road and all that Provo and Utah Valley has to offer!
