Small studio apartment with kitchenette and pvt bathroom. MISTRAL 2 is a very small studio Apartment (14 m2), but with all comforts for 2 person in a simple residence area of Quartu Sant Elena. All Shops, bus stop, nearby, 5 minutes walk. Poetto beach is less than two kilometers, accessible by bus, bike or walking as well. Otside area can be used as well. Table with 2 chairs belong to apartment, placed in common patio area. 140 x 190 cm french bed inside (unconfy for big sized people).

Modern mit viel Charme, sehr zentrale Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und es war alles an Lebensmitteln da, was man sich nur vorstellen kann. Kaffee, Croissants, Obst, Joghurt, Kekse, Getränke, jegliche Gewürze und auch alle nötigen Küchenutensilien. Greg ist sehr zuvorkommend und ein toller Gastgeber. Er war immer schnell parat wenn man eine Frage hatte. Das Haus ist mitten in Quartu Sant Elena und man kommt in wenigen Minuten nach Cagliari oder an das Meer. Das Inserat hatte sehr viele Fotos, die alle exakt auf das Objekt zugetroffen haben. Das Zimmer wurde aus jedem Winkel fotografiert.

Typical local house with good possibility to have a rest after your busy days in the beach. Markets, all shops, pizza, ice cream is only 5-10 minutes walk with lower prices than Cagliari or touristic villages.
