The Mir el Mar penthouse is a spectacular apartment located in the centre of Alghero, overlooking the gulf and Capocaccia, a heavenly promontory in the North West of Sardinia, along the Riviera del Corallo.

Located in the centre of Alghero, the penthouse offers a breathtaking view from practically every living space and bedroom. The sunsets over the sea will give you a different emotion every day.

Given the location in the centre of Alghero near the sea, the car is not necessary even if it is recommended for excursions outside the province.

The Mir el Mar penthouse is characterized by immense terraces, partly covered and shaded, and tastefully furnished. On the terrace, we provide a barbecue that is delivered clean and must be returned clean without residual ash.

Sofas, tables, deck chairs, rocking chairs have been designed to ensure maximum relaxation. The large outdoor tables for 10 people and the numerous corners gathered, contribute to making the set of outdoor spaces comfortable and fascinating, suitable for large numbers of people or for those who want to enjoy a moment of intimacy.

The penthouse with a size of 220 square meters of the terrace overlooking the sea and an interior of 100 square meters, located on the 4th floor with lift, has 3 bedrooms (one double, one quadruple and one with a French bed), 2 bathrooms with shower and can easily accommodate 8 people. If you want to use the double sofa bed in the room, the seats increase to 10.

The house with its spectacular view is perfectly designed to enjoy spectacular panoramic views and fully breathe the fresh Sardinian air. The central body of the house has a large room overlooking the sea, a relaxation area, a large kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Inside, the penthouse balances modern comforts with the charm of vintage furnishings, including original works of art and classic-style furnishings.

The penthouse is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, Wifi, oven, microwave, and a kitchen suitable for the most refined chefs. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Bed linen and towels provided.

The penthouse is located directly in the centre of Alghero, next to a small beach with turquoise and emerald water and close to the cycle path and the promenade which is only a minute's walk from the local restaurants in the center of Alghero.

Visit nearby Bosa with its extraordinary views and the ancient Castle or venture into the Porto Conte natural park or the Catalan square of the city.

In Alghero you will be spoiled for choice regarding the destinations to visit and the activities to do.

In addition to the famous beaches and snorkeling spots, you can rent a boat or choose to take catamaran excursions.

Excellent terrace and kitchen!

We enjoyed this place by cooking food and eating at terrace! We traveled around by car and saw a lot of nice beaches and other places, such as Neptune’s grotto! We definitely want to come back to this place!

Best view of the ocean!

The indoor part of the property was all that is needed for vacation - a good kitchen, comfortable beds, and good sized bathrooms.What sets this property apart from others is the vast outdoor space. Not only is it large, but it has uninterrupted panoramic views of the water, which was perfect for morning coffee and evening aperitifs as the sun set! We had four people in our party and could have comfortably fit two more. Eight would probably start to feel a bit tight as the common space is limited.

Alles wunderbar

Ein tolles Appartment mit spektakulärem Blick auf das Meer. In der Wohnung ist vieles vorhanden, wie auch Kleinigkeiten wie Zucker und Salz. Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine etc. Am Meer entlang sind es nur 5-10 Minuten zur Altstadt, ein Supermarkt ist in 4 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Die kleine Bucht nahe der Wohnung ist für Kinder nur mal kurz zum so zum austoben gut (viele Felsen im Wasser), wir sind immer zum Strand Maria Pia gefahren. Alles in allem würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

This property is a great stay. Location is only a 20 minute walk to harbor. You can comfortably have 4 adults. The third room has bunk beds so it would be better for children. Parking can be difficult at times. Overall this is a good experience. The view is magnificence. Both bathrooms have very nice showers. Plenty of hot water. Air conditioning is good.

Una terrazza è per Sempre

l'appartamento è stato la nostra piu piacevole scoperta, non pensavamo di trovarci cosi bene , mercedes ci aveva gia annunciato che saremmo stati ospiti di caterina, che si è mostrata una bravissima e gentilissima proprietaria. Al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare dei dolci locali e del vino della zona. in più ci ha dedicato del tempo indicandoci posti della zona assolutamente d visitare e ristoranti che proponevano la tradizione sarda. l'appartamento è bello , si vede che ce la mano di chi ci tiene e che non vede l'immobile solo come fonte di guadagno. Dentro è tenuto molto bene le camere sono 3, una molta spaziosa e le altre due piu piccoline ma comunque molto funzionali, i bagni sono 2, uno con una bellissima doccia che vi farà venir voglia di starci sotto per delle ore (meglio evitare per non far salire la bolletta alla signora caterina ;) ) l'altro un bagno di servizio che ci ha salvato la vita avendo con noi ragazzi che ci mettevano un eternità a far tutto ,una bellissima cucina con ogni attrezzo per chi si vuole cucinare e un frigo enorme e poi passiamo a quello che per noi è rimasto il posto piu bello di alghero, senza nulla togliere alla città che è meravigliosa, LA TERRAZZA, una terrazza infinita, con un tavolo per 8/10 persone in vetro da esterno e varie sedute una piu comoda dell'altra, in piu era presente una doccia sul balcone che siamo goduti fino all'ultimo ,probabilmente passerete molto tempo su questo "secondo appartamento " all'aperto, una vista che affaccia sul mare distante esagerando 100 metri, ogni sera vi goderete il tramonto che fino all'ultimo raggio illumina il balcone, la brezza marina che ci accompagnava ogni sera ha reso inutile l'aria condizionata. mi vien gia da piangere a pensarci.manchi tanto terrazzo nostro. l'appartamento è vicino al centro in 6/8 minuti si è subito nel centro nevralgico del paese a poca distanza ( neanche un1km) ce un conad , quindi stra comodo. noi stiamo gia discutendo di tornarci sicuramente l'estate prossima. complimenti ancora perche ci siamo sentiti a casa nostra!

Fantastisk ferieophold

Vi kan på det varmeste anbefale at holde ferie i Alghero og i denne lejlighed. Helt fantastisk beliggenhed og værten er lige så fantastisk. Vi ankom ved midnatstid og der stod varm pizza klar til os. Køleskabet var fyldt med vand, vin, cola og en masse andet. Tagterrassen er enorm og der er altid både sol og skygge at finde . Vi boede i den gamle bydel tæt på alt også fantastiske strande. Alt i alt ; helt perfekt.
