Rustic Retreat in Smaland-By Traum

This beautiful apartment is located in beautiful Småland among fantastic old stone walls. The apartment is located in a detached building about 60 m from the owners' house. A quiet and nice location in the country. The feeling is that you live in your own cottage. At the back you have your own lovely terrace with outdoor furniture, barbecue and views of forest and land as well as a lawn. The apartment is tastefully decorated with all amenities. When you enter the apartment you are met by an open floor plan. The kitchen is bright, fresh and newly renovated. There is both a dishwasher and washing machine as well as a microwave. In the nice living room there is a large dining room furniture with space for at least 6 people. The ceiling has rustic beams that give the apartment a hint of the old building it is from the beginning. In the living room there is also a sofa for socializing and for those who wish there are several different game consoles. In the middle of the apartment there is a cozy wood burning stove that can be fired in. The apartment has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed of 180 cm and the other bedroom has a bunk bed. Both bedrooms have a door. The sofa in the living room is a sofa bed of 140 cm, which means that you could live 6 people in the apartment. If this is the case, contact the service office. If you rent the apartment for a longer stay, the sofa bed is recommended for children/young people. In the toilet, which is in the other part of the apartment there is a shower. All rooms are nice and bright. Near the apartment there are two lakes where you can also fish. Guests are welcome to borrow a boat located in the lake just 900 m from the house. There is also a jetty where you can go and enjoy the sunset, among other things. Just 10 km from the apartment is Tingsryd and here are several shops and the famous department store Börjes. There is also a good swimming area and an adventure pool / swimming pool. For those of you who like to be in nature, it is close to Åsnen National Park where you can cycle and walk among lots of sights. Less than an hour's drive away, you are down by the sea and can visit Karlskrona, Ronneby and Karlshamn, among other places, which are really nice summer gems. If you want to go to a bigger city, it is only 40 km to Växjö. Welcome! Good to know: Bring your own life jackets if you want to use the boat.
