The house was renovated and added in 2019. It is quietly located on Fiskestadsjön, about 10 km north of Tingsryd. The house has a bedroom with access to a covered terrace, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen with a large window and access to the terrace with a view of the lake a few meters away. There is underfloor heating throughout the house. The price includes an aluminum rowing boat (make Linder 440), which is attached to the house.

The holiday property is rented to a maximum of 2 people.

The holiday home Söftestorp 8 is located on the neighboring site.

Good shopping, bank, doctor, pharmacy, etc. can be found in the nearby Tingsryd.
There are many opportunities to enjoy nature in the area, whether on foot by bike or by boat.
In Fiskestadsjön there are a. following fish: pike, perch, tench, roach. You can get the fishing license you need at the ICA supermarket in VÀckelsÄng.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem kleinen Ferienhaus war ein Traum. Die Lage inmitten der Natur ist einfach unschlagbar. Morgens von den Rufen der KanadagĂ€nse geweckt zu werden und den Blick auf den glitzernden See zu genießen, war pure Erholung.Das Haus selbst ist klein, aber sehr gemĂŒtlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man fĂŒr einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Die Ruhe, die man hier findet, ist unbezahlbar – perfekt, um dem Alltagsstress zu entfliehen und neue Energie zu tanken.Der See ist wunderschön und bietet Möglichkeiten zum Baden oder Bootfahren (wir haben es im FrĂŒhjahr, April, genossen).Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation unkompliziert. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wohlgefĂŒhlt und kommen garantiert wieder! Wer eine Auszeit in der Natur sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

GemĂŒtliche HĂŒtte am See

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Söftestorp sehr genossen. Die Ruhe, der Blick auf den See laden zum Entspannen ein. Gleichzeitig sind es nur 5min mit dem Auto nach Tingsryd zum Einkaufen oder Kaffee Trinken.

Sehr gutes Ferienhaus

Das Haus war sehr komfortabel, funktional und komplett eingerichtet. Der Ausblick auf den See Fiskestadsjön war sehr schön. Einziges Problem: der See ist an dieser Stelle sehr versteint und verschilft, sodaß das Bootfahren etwas kompliziert war.

Das HĂ€uschen ist sehr modern eingerichtet und ĂŒberdurchschnittlich sauber. Die Natur mit traumhaften Blick auf den See haben uns jeden Tag neu fasziniert. Der ideale Platz, um einmal richtig die Seele baumeln zu lassen und anzuspannen. Die Vermieter sind super nett und haben uns von der Buchung bis zur Abreise sehr gut betreut. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen wieder.

Traumhafter Erholungsurlaub

Wir waren im Oktober fĂŒr eine Woche vor Ort, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Genau das konnten wir hier machen. Die Lage ist toll, direkt am See gelegen, rundherum nur die Natur. Das Bootfahren gestaltet sich etwas beschwerlicher, da es dort sehr steinig und mit seepflanzen bewuchert ist. Man braucht ca 15-20 min bis man auf dem offenen See ist. Das hat dem ganzen aber keinen Abbruch getan. Das Haus ist mit absolut allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Eine derartige Ausstattung hatten wir noch nie. Die Gastgeber sind auch sehr nett. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Tolles Haus in traumhafter Idylle

Es war alles perfekt. Das Haus war sauber und modern wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Außer dem, was man aus hygienischen GrĂŒnden selber mitbringt, war alles Nötige vorhanden. Gerade in der KĂŒche wichtig. Der Blick auf den See war ein Traum. Besonders die SonnenuntergĂ€nge. FĂŒr uns war auch die Lage perfekt. Viel Ruhe, aber guter Startpunkt fĂŒr AusflĂŒge. Man fĂŒhlte sich auch sicher und wohl. Die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe und Abreise liefen ohne Probleme. Zudem sind Immo und seine Frau sehr sympathisch und wĂ€ren bei Problemen auch da gewesen. Aber die gab es erst gar nicht.

Wir hatten ein fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem sĂŒĂŸen kleinen HĂ€uschen. Perfekt fĂŒr den Urlaub zu zweit. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier genau richtig zudem kann man von der Terrasse oder vom Boot aus die wundervolle Natur beobachten. Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit.

Angelurlaub

Sehr schöne Stuga, hell, sauber und in schöner Umgebung. Auch ein gepflegter Garten und ein gutes Linder Aluboot sind dabei. Einziger Nachteil ist der sehr flache Teil des Sees vor der HaustĂŒr, man rudert zunĂ€chst 300 m durch 20-40cm tiefes Wasser. Baden am Haus also nicht möglich. DafĂŒr aber in Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung und am Tiken.
