Spectacular newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 3 full baths and 2 half bath home with a private pool! 50 yards from the whitest sandy beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. We are 15 minutes from Frank Brown Sports Complex and Aaron Bessant Park Amphitheater at Pier Park. Private parking! Space for Thunder Beach trailer and car/truck. Beach chair service included in rental - 2 chairs and umbrella (15 Mar- 15 Oct). Other beach chairs at the house to use at the beach.

This beautiful home has 3 levels: On the 1st Floor there is the spacious living room, large dining room table, and LVP floors throughout. The living room area also features a large 50" television and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and state-of-the-art appliances.

The 2nd level has another living area with 50" television, blu ray player, half bath, and beautiful built in bunk beds. This level also features a large guest bedroom with a king size bed and a full bath.

The 3rd level has the master bedroom, private master bathroom with walk-in shower. Also on this level is another guest bedroom with two queen beds. The house sleeps 10 comfortably and is across the street from the ocean. The house also has a PRIVATE POOL, with an outdoor seating area to enjoy outdoor living at its best. Gas grill provided.

Balconies off the 2nd floor living area and guest room, as well as off the master bedroom.

Keurig coffee maker and drip coffee maker available to get your morning off to a great start before a day at the beach.

We provide lots of large fluffy towels in each bathroom, colorful beach towels, sand toys and all bed linens.

Walking distance to several local restaurants.

Free Wi-Fi for guests. Fastest service available by Xfinity.

Local amusements a short distance away - putt putt, rides and entertainment.

Walmart and Publix's supermarket are only a 5 minute drive from your vacation paradise. And they deliver!

Private parking on site. Driveway can easily fit 4 SUV/trucks or 6 regular vehicles.

Perfect family getaway

They had everything you would need to cook with, plenty of beach and pool towels. Everyone got their own bathrooms. We walked to the beach everyday. They provided beach wagon and everything.

Jessica is AMAZING!! we had a few issues at the start, but she was on top of things and had it fixed immediately. The house was wonderful, everything is as pictured and we really enjoyed the pool. You couldn't ask for a better location, so close to the ocean and local attractions. Having the beach chairs set up each day (included in the rental) was great, just showed up sit down and enjoyed the view.

My family had an amazing time at this property. The management was superb: accessible and very knowledgable about the area. We really liked having their top local spots for dinning. Our daughter (5yr old) loved the pool and the beach is an easy 3 minute walk. Just an all around wonderful property.

Location was closer than expected to the beach which was wonderful and the beach was never crowded. The unit came with plenty of beach towels and the kids swam in the pool almost everyday we were there. Very pleased with our stay!

Nice house in a good location

We spent a week at Gone Coastal with extended family in July. It’s a lovely house and was very comfortable for 10 people. Our kids really enjoyed the pool and the beach was a short walk away. The umbrellas at the beach were much appreciated. We would definitely stay there again.

My girlfriends and I wanted a week getaway and this home was the perfect option. The home was absolutely beautiful and in the best location. This is our third stay in one of Jessica's homes, twice in the house next door and now in this house. The recent remodel in this home is absolutely beautiful. As always, Jessica was an extremely attentive host. She and her husband are local, so they will pop right over if you need anything and are very responsive to texts. There are also so many included amenities: beach chair service, beach towels, beach chairs, a beach wagon, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, k-cups. The beds are incredibly comfortable, there's plenty of room to spread out. We obviously enjoy it, since we keep coming back!! The house, provisions and the service are worth every penny!

Fabulous vacation home, perfect location.

We had 11 people, 6 adults and 5 kids, in this home and there was more than enough room. The pool looked larger in the pictures on VRBO, than it is, but there was pkemty if room for all of us that got in at one time. I loved that everything we needed for the beach during the day and at night, to catch crabs, were available there. We left a few nets there too for the next visitors. Thank you jessica for loaning your home to us. The only suggestion I have is maybe laminate trash pickup time on the door where the trash can is or place the survival notebook on a cookbook prop on the kitchen counter,open, to specific instructions. I set my alarm to get up at 630 am to put can by the road to only find the disposal company runs earlier than that. I decided to look in the notebook to see if there were specific instructions to find there were.

Really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and well maintained. Owner was readily available for any questions or concerns. Kitchen was well stocked and basic supplies were provided. Had a great selection of items for the beach, which really was a short walk. Much shorter than it appeared on the listing. Beds were comfortable, linens were nice, water pressure was good, A/C worked well. Would definitely rent this property again.

Elkors Family Fun!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was immaculate and offered many amenities that were greatly appreciated. The swimming pool was a hit with our Grandchildren, private beach /access provided a delightful time of fun and safety! Jessica immediately responded to any questions and even provided “Jessica’s favorites “ ~ local places to dine and activities to do. Positively perfect for a Panama City Beach vacation! Added bonus that my sister’s family rented the other side, so we could all vacation together!! Highly recommended!
