7 person holiday home in ÄLMEDBODA

Summer in the countryside, with all that belongs is what this cottage offers. The cottage is on the ground of two farms although it is located by itself. The cottage is only a stone's throw from a lake so you can also enjoy the lake view. Here you will experience the Småland nature, the lake and the animals in your own little oasis. The cottage is only 3.5 km away from Korrö, when you are looking for some adventure. In addition to a fantastic cozy café and restaurant, Korrö offers canoe rental, bike rental, hiking trails, gourmet hiking, spa and much more. The cottage consists of a kitchen, living room and bathroom on floor one. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed and a bunk bed, there is also a WC. Vacation on the genuine Swedish farm and spend the days exploring the surroundings and the lake. You also have an excellent starting point for visiting the glass kingdom but its glassworks, museums, restaurants and cafes, moose park and more. The cottage is perfect for the family who want to experience everything small country has to offer.

Altmodisch aber ruhig mit schöner Lage

Zuerst waren wir doch sehr verwundert über das Alter der Ausstattung. Mit der Zeit haben wir uns aber eingelebt und konnte die schöne, wenn auch relativ einsame Lage genießen. Außer dem Eigentümer waren die nächsten Häuser mindestens einen Kilometer entfernt und für einen Besuch in einem Supermarkt musste man schon mindestens mit 30 km Fahrt rechnen. Geplant war unser Urlaub als Fahrradurlaub, dies war von hier aus auch eigentlich gut möglich. Jedoch sind relativ viele Wege inklusive den letzten Kilometern zum Haus nur geschottert und mit schmalen Reifen, wie wir sie fahren, nicht gut befahrbar gewesen. Mit einem MTB oder Crossrad hat man hier bestimmt mehr Freude.
