Fantastic apartment with sea views, swimming pool and community garden,
just 10 minutes by car from the beaches of Sitges and 30 minutes from
El Prat airport (Barcelona).
This apartment with capacity for 4 people is decorated with great care
and exquisite taste, so that your stay is as comfortable as possible.
Located on the fifth floor, its views of the sea and the mountains are
spectacular, and make the balcony become a small oasis of relaxation.
The kitchen is fully equipped for everything you may need during your
vacation (oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine,
kitchenware...), the apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all
rooms and WiFi.
The living room, decorated in blue tones, has a dining table for 4
people, smart TV, a comfortable sofa and access to the terrace. It has
two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a trundle bed (2
single beds). There is also a full bathroom with a shower.
The complex has a communal pool, with a large garden area. You will
have free parking within the complex. Also within the urbanization
there are paddle tennis courts, a restaurant and a small supermarket,
which can be used.

* The tourist taxes required by the Sitges City Council must be paid
(1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16
years of age do not pay)
* Check-in time is from 3 pm to 9 pm
* For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30
* For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50

Departure information:
* Departure time is 11 am
* Remember to turn off the AC before your departure.
* Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or visible place,
never in the lock.

Arrival between 00:01 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
