Chalet Le Milan Noir is a beautiful self-catered chalet in the heart of Morzine, just a four minute walk from both the Pleney and Super Morzine lifts. Sleeping up to 14 guests in six elegant ensuite bedrooms, it’s perfectly placed for both winter skiing and summer mountain adventures.

Spread across three floors, the chalet is designed with space, style, and comfort in mind. The entire first floor is dedicated to open-plan living, with a sleek modern kitchen, generous dining area, and two welcoming lounge spaces. From here, doors open onto a sunny terrace, ideal for al fresco dining in summer, complete with BBQ, loungers, and outdoor seating. After a day in the mountains, relax in the outdoor jacuzzi or unwind in the sauna.

For entertainment, the ground floor features a separate games and TV room, equipped with table football, board games, a Bose Bluetooth speaker, and plenty of space to enjoy movies together.

The chalet’s kitchen is fully equipped for group catering, with two ovens, an American-style fridge freezer, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, fondue pots, and more. Practical touches include a large boot room with heated racks, secure ski and bike storage, and a laundry room with washer and dryer - perfect for both summer and winter holidays.

Every bedroom is ensuite, with a mix of king and twin beds that can be arranged to suit your group. Luxury touches include Egyptian cotton bed linen, soft throws, two pillows per guest, and L’Occitane toiletries in each bathroom. Two towels per guest are provided, along with robes for winter stays. For families, we can also provide cots with linen and high chairs on request.

The chalet is amazing. Large rooms, very comfortable, we really enjoyed staying there, especially sitting in the hot tub while looking across the valley.Sophie was a great host, responded very quickly whenever we contacted her and very friendly when we actually mwt her.I would definitely recommend this place to any larger families/groups.

Spacious, stylish, cosy and comfortable

Lovely chalet in great location for slopes and the village centre. Plenty of space for a large group to enjoy time together yet still have space for oneself . High quality furnishing, very comfortable beds, excellent storage , luxury bathrooms. Generous parking. Excellent kitchen and dining area well equipped . Log fire, sauna, hot tub - all very much enjoyed. Owners very helpful and quick to answer / help with any queries . We had a great family holiday - all adults - and we all loved the time in the chalet particularly when the weather was not ski friendly . Would highly reccomend Milan Noir.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ! L emplacement : Le chalet est situé à 300 mètres environ des remontées du Pleney, donc accessible à pieds (10 minutes) mais la route pour y accéder est assez dangereuse ! Le centre de Morzine est très facile et rapide d accès (5 à 10 minutes à pied). Le chalet : Les chambres sont très confortables: très bonne literie avec salle de bain individuelle dans chacune des chambres. Mais la décoration est très sommaire ! Ce qui est valable pour l’ensemble du chalet… cela mériterait un peu plus de décorations pour rendre le lieu plus chaleureux. La pièce de vie est agréable grâce au feu de cheminée. Mais idem, manque de déco et le carrelage dans la cuisine et le séjour rend le lieu moins cosy. Le chalet est assez sonore dans son ensemble. Exposition du chalet qui lui amène peu de soleil, et pas de belle vue depuis la pièce de vie. Jacuzzi et sauna très agréable. Salle de jeux pour les enfants très appréciable !

Fabulous central chalet

Spacious chalet with all amenities to make this a wonderful week. Clean and beautifully presented and Kate was exceptionally helpful with all our questions before and during our stay. Excellent location for both Supermorzine and Le Pleney lifts. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay

We’ve lived here for over 16 years and run Mountain Spaces, a small independent chalet company offering three self-catered chalets, each right in the heart of Morzine.

Morzine is a place we never tire of. In summer, the mountains come alive with hiking trails, mountain biking, white-water rafting, swimming in alpine lakes, and endless family adventures in the sunshine. In winter, it transforms into a snowy paradise with access to the vast Portes du Soleil ski area - one of the largest in the world.
