Located just down the street from the legendary Riviera Hotel and Racquet Club Resort, you'll feel like Frank, Dean or any of the Rat Pack that used to call Palm Springs their best friend.
PS Swag offers one Primary Suite on the opposite side of the house from the two guest bedrooms; just off the living room. The primary suite features a King bed, ceiling fan, TV, walk-in closet and en-suite bath... access to the rear yard and pool area through a glass sliding door. The two guest bedrooms on the opposite side of the house share the second hall bath and are both well-appointed; both with queen beds.

The living room offers comfortable seating around the gas fireplace. The galley kitchen has a delightful retro feel and is well stocked for cooking and serving. Casual indoor dining for 6 sits alongside a comfortable living room.

This was our first trip to Palm Springs, and we are so glad we chose this cool place! What a great location in a quiet neighborhood, but a short drive to all the action. The pool is awesome, and the house was very clean and well equipped with everything you need. There were 4 of us and we had plenty of room. The property manager was super friendly, and so helpful… he gave us some great suggestions for places to go. We will definitely be back!

Three of us enjoyed the easy living and peaceful atmosphere of PS Swag for 12 days, with many hours spent floating in the pool, staring at the mountains. It was a perfect break from Midwest winter. The location is convenient for both tourism and errands. Amazingly well-equipped kitchen.
I came down to get a hip replacement and recouperate. This was the best situation for that and my 87 year old Mom, who cam along couldn’t get enough of the pool and house!! Friends came by to visit and there were never more than 3 of us here which made the stay fantastic!!! When we needed assistance with house issues the property management people, especially Jordan, were so professional and amazing. It made the stay exceptionally pleasant.
Oh and omg lemons right outside your door!! Hope amazing is that!
PS Swag put us in our happy place!

great stay like always
My husband and I plus another couple stayed in this house for three weeks in February, 2022. The house is perfect for 4 people. The kitchen is very well stocked - better than many vrbo homes we have stayed in, including homes that are more expensive than this one. The outdoor space is beautiful and well laid out. There is an outdoor refrigerator, sink and grill, a pergola to sit under with shade from the sun, lots of pool floaties in the laundry room, lots of outdoor seating and umbrellas and of course the pool. While we did not need these items, there is a safe in one of the closets, a high chair, a baby gate, an iron and an ironing board. The utility closet is well stocked with a vacuum, and cleaning supplies. The laundry room is huge with a big washer and dryer. Someone had left laundry soap for us so we purchased more to leave for the next guests. The house was clean when we arrived and there were guest supplies of lotion, shampoo, conditioner, soap and body wash in each bathroom just like in a hotel. The management team is very responsive via phone, text or email. In our opinion, it would be difficult to have 6 adults stay in the house because the third bedroom is small and does not have any furniture to store clothes or put clothes on. The room has two twin beds and two very small tables next to each bed - that is all. The room is quite small, the closet has limited hanging space and the lighting is very very dim in the room. Over each bed is a hanging light which does not give enough light to read. It is a perfect room for small children. While there are 3 TVs in the house, there is not one in the small third bedroom. Also, there is only one bathroom for the second and third bedrooms and it is a small bathroom. The beds in all of the rooms are comfortable, the linens and towels are abundant including lots of pool towels. The living room TV is Apple TV only and is old. Two of the bedrooms have TVs and we could access anything on them. The WiFi worked well with all of our devices on at the same time including way out in the back yard under the pergola. This house is in a quiet neighborhood and is convenient to all of Palm Springs. We walked and drove to downtown Palm Springs depending on what we were doing for the day. We would stay here again with 2-4 people as it is perfect for what we do while visiting Palm Springs. We had a lovely 3 weeks here.
The house was clean and spiffy. We liked the mid-century vibe of the furnishings. The pool was heated and comfortable to swim in. Outdoors has options of a table, chaise lounges, or sofa seating under a shaded gazebo--we used them all to relax or do zoom calls for work.
We were a short drive to coffee, restaurants and shopping in the design district. Communication with the property manager was clear and friendly. Pool and lawn maintenance people came as scheduled during the week.
Meh stayed at much better in PSP and in Racquet Club Estates. Needs better cleaning during COVID!!!!
This property needs allot of upkeep & a good deep clean. The VRBO photos had to be taken a while ago, not accurate. Needs some updates & some TLC.The house was not clean. In fact, there was ALLOT of dust. We noticed it allot of it in the main bedroom. The curtains, TV, dresser had so much. There was a cobweb from the ceiling all the way to the curtains. Yuck. We noticed some stains on the carpet in the 2 main bedrooms, a stain on the furry carpet in the living room and also on the grey couch. The couch also has some white stuffing coming from it. The main bathroom has products in the shower & we noticed the shampoo was half empty. Ew. We always travel with our own products so wouldn't have used it but it did gross us out.The pool was a nice size but does have some peeling on the bottom. Needs some fixing.
The 2nd bdrm really needs blinds or some sort of covering on the windows. The sun comes in & there is no chance of sleeping in. Doesn't make a great vacation to wake up that early every morning. Our poor child had to move to the 3rd bdrm but it was too big for the twin bed. At least that twin room had window coverings so he made do. The TV has Apple TV in the living room but we never got to watch it since you needed a login and we don't have apple. I wish it had cable like the other tvs in the house. Would have been nice to watch something as a family. The whole place was tired, dirty & very dusty. Some paint, washing all the rugs, deep cleaning, patching some walls and spots on the ceiling, painting the walls, would help so much. In the low season even painting the pool where there is peeling. We were taken back for the price that the place wasn't better maintained.
We booked this place a few days before arriving & received notification that someone from the management was to meet us. We arrived, found out that they were not and left the key out for us instead. Really disappointed with this since we really wanted a walk through. No idea why? We had friends that rented places & were in PSP the same time & they both were meet by the management. One of them happen to be on the same street as us. Sure they called us but it's not the same.Wish they did meet with us so they could see first hand how dirty the house was on arrival. Maybe that’s why they choose to cancel. We SHOULD be refunded the cleaning fee for this place. A let down for the amount we spent for our family of 3 on this booking. Lots of room for improvement for this place from mgmt.

Response from VrboOwner on 14 September 2023
It’s always disappointing to get reviews like this as we always, always strive to be better. I admit these responses do little for the specific guest but rather are for future travelers. I will suggest in this response that every guest should let us know if they are experiencing any issues. In fact, upon check-in, all guests have access to a messaging system as well as a cell phone with a live person. Our guests have messaged with minor issues to be resolved the next day but have also called at 1AM because they lost the key and were locked out. So, to future travelers: we can only address your concerns if we know they exist. I reviewed the message thread for this guest and the only issue that was brought to our attention was over the course of one evening and it was about a loud neighbor playing music. Outside of that, over the eleven (11) night stay, there was NO mention of any issues with the house or if anything needed our support. At check out, we had a very kind message about what food items were left, where keys were, etc. There was no note about anything being wrong or that follow-up was needed. Everything from this review was brought to our attention in this review. As it relates to check-in procedures, we prefer to do in-person meetings. In our initial messaging with guests, with co-vid concerns, we find that almost every guests prefers a remote check-in but we will gladly meet anyone if that’s a guest’s preference. Every guest gets both options. As to the house: the front bedroom does have clerestory windows. Those windows are popular architectural details and they do NOT have covers and are not pictured with covers. The property managers do recall this guest wanting a change in home because the “aesthetic” of the home and location wasn’t suitable. But, when booking last minute in Palm Springs, it’s been difficult for guests to get their ideal home in more premium neighborhoods particularly for such a long stretch of time. The owner of this home is proud of it and she loves the ability to share her Palm Springs life with travelers. Previous reviews mentioned cracks in the concrete around the pool, a “tired” bar area, patio furniture and the fireplace not working. In December and January (2020/2021) she spent almost $20K re-pouring the entire pool deck, refreshing the outdoor bar area and correcting issues to get her fireplace back. She’ll continue to improve her home to make it better for her and future travelers.
The property was everything we were expecting & more. We enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful use of the pool, crystal water and always clean, everything was superb. Conveniently located only 7 min away from Downtown, and mile away from the nearest grocery store which was awesome. I will definitely
come back but this time when is much cooler.
Exactly what was pictured - no surprises! Stayed here for a mini family get away from LA and had such a relaxing, fun time.
Well taken care of, clean and such an easy COVID-safe check-in process. Easy and excellent communication with property manager -- even forgot some photos at the house and they kindly and quickly shipped them to me.
Easy access to downtown; great location -- close to everything... yet still provided a quality sense of peace. Would definitely plan to stay here again in the future and/or look at any other properties they manage.

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
Don't fall for this dump.
The property as represented in the pictures is VERY different from the property we stayed at. Whoever took the pictures used a wide angle lense or something so it looks much bigger than it really is. The added fees were much higher than expected but it looked so fabulous we thought, what the heck, let's go for it. What a shock it was when we got there.
Imagine our surprise when the beautiful, comfy looking patio furniture under the gazebo was GONE, replaced with some cheap, stiff office-like furniture, seating only four people. And those curtains? I figured they were there to shade you, right? But they are all tied up around the gazebo legs and wouldn't shade you even if you untied them because they don't pull shut. They're for show.
The house was not clean. The closet with the cleaning equipment was disgusting, smelled horrible so that made us feel that the house was even less clean. We bought some cleaning equipment and spent the first day cleaning. The outdoor bar in particular had lots of black mold.
The pool was a nice size but because of the huge tree next to it, it was filled with tiny leaves on the top and brown stuff on the bottom. The management firm said they'd have to charge us for an extra cleaning so we skimmed the top about five times a day and did not go in the deep end where the brown stuff was. The ladder to get in and out of the pool was so rusted and disgusting we never went near it.
The house is 3 bedrooms and is supposed to hold six people but there are 4 chairs around the kitchen table, room for 4 in the family room area--one sofa, one chair. And four lounge chairs poolside. Very stingy setup.
Also, the TV has Apple TV. I think that is worth a mention in the listing. No blinds covering one window in guest bedroom which wakes you up with blinding light very early. My husband was locked in the bathroom due to broken doorknob and we had to remove the doorknob to get him out.
The whole place was tired, dirty and cheap. If the owner would cut loose with a few bucks it could be lovely. Fresh paint, string lights outside, a fire pit, comfy outdoor furniture, a good cleaning and so on. But also portray it accurately in the pictures.
The pros are: nice towels, comfy beds, good linens. Scott was very nice, got us a new blender when the one in the house didn't work. Sent a mechanic when the bedroom light and fan would not turn off. I have a feeling that charging us extra to clean the pool was not his rule but the owner's.
This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood, with a private enclosed yard and spacious swimming pool. The kitchen was stocked with all amenities needed except for groceries. Bath and pool side towels and robes were provided. The house is kept in a good state of maintenance, clean and tidy. RelaxPS was very accessible and proactively took care of all of the administrative items. The home provided a relaxing refuge at the end of each day.

Great location, great outdoor space and pool, and great times!
The outdoor space was perfect. The pool is large and very comfortably heated, the beautiful landscaping and trees offered a tranquil spot to hang out (and plenty of places to find shade or sun throughout the day), and the outdoor seating was very comfortable. We are already planning our next stay here!

Beautiful home and great location
My family (3 children and husband) recently stayed here for a long weekend. The place was just perfect- beautiful, modern and had an amazing pool area. Our children spent three days swimming and relaxing in the outdoor area. Inside the home, all our needs were met as well. We didn't eat out once- and the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials that you would have at home. The rooms were beautiful and the bedding was clean and crisp. We will definitely rent this place again.
