A modern 3 bedroom villa is situated in a quiet area in the central of Protaras

A modern 3 bedroom villa is situated in a quiet area in the central of Protaras, just a few minutes walk from the main tourist street and best beach in the area, but far enough away to enjoy your privacy and undisturbed rest. This villa is hidden at the foot of a scenic hill which combines both hill and sea view .

The property includes free onsite parking, air conditioning ,TV with hundreds of English, Russian and International T.V. satellite channels and also free high speed Wifi.

The ground floor is an open plan arrangement of the living room, the kitchen and the dining area. A fully equipped kitchen to cook your meals during your stay and a large seating area for the family. On the ground floor it is locate the 1st bedroom with 2 single beds and also there is a ground floor shower and a guest W.C. Moving up the stairs you will find the other 2 bedrooms. These 2 bedrooms have a double bed each and share a family bathroom.

Outside, the villa offers a private pool and a fully furnished patio with sunbeds, dining table with chairs .The villa also has an outside BBQ area!

The villa is situated near the main tourist street of Protaras and is less than a ten-minute stroll away from one of Europe’s top ten blue flag beaches – Fig Tree Bay. The Profitis Elias church is located nearby on a rocky outcrop that rises above the town of Protaras. The local-favourite Konnos beach and stunning natural caves of the Cape Greko National Park are only a short 10-minute drive away from the villa. Another 10-minute drive along the breath-taking coastline, you will already find yourself in the beautiful resort town Ayia Napa, which is very famous for its’ famous nightlife, the Venetian-era monastery , the Sculpture Park, the WaterWorld Themed Waterpark and Ayia Napa Marina (opening soon).

Great villa , great location, lovley big villa loads of room , the only thing i would say is outside there is no grass area for kids to play which could lead to liitle avcidents if dall over buy the ppil, but dud not affect us as adults but exceptional villa

Just what the doctor ordered

Having not had a holiday abroad since before COVID, we treated ourselves to a villa and private pool. The property was excellent, with high level of cleanliness. It has a fantastic pool with sun all day. Was close to main strip with all the restaurants and bars Excellent all round for everyone. Will be looking to book again next year

Firstly, the welcome pack of milk, wine, tea, coffee and cereal was a welcome treat when arriving so late. We accessed the villa easily by using the lockbox for the keys.There were a few problems with broken furniture and air con unit. The air con unit was fixed the next day but we had to wait a few days to recieve the correct amount of working sunbeds for the number of people in our party.Broken dining chairs were not fixed at all during our stay but this didnt hinder our holiday.Overall, the villa was perfect for our needs and was in an excellent position. Far enough away to be quiet when you wanted but close enough, 10 minute walk to all the bars, restaurants and beaches.It was very clean and had everything we needed. A proper home from home.The pool, which was the perfect temperature and a good enough size for the 7 of us, was maintained and cleaned regularly during our stay and we were pleasantly surprised when cleaners came in with fresh bedding and to clean throughout.We would definitely stay here again.
