The property lies adjacent to the owner's home and is just over half a mile away from Painswick Beacon, one of the highest points in Gloucestershire and the midway point for the Cotswold Way. Historic pubs and restaurants and a well stocked supermarket are all within a five minute drive of the property as is horse riding and golf. Cheltenham, famous for its horse racing and jazz and literature festivals, and Gloucester with its magnificent cathedral and 'Quays Shopping Outlet' with waterside restaurants, cafes and bars are all within a twenty minute drive.
