Laut und abgewohnt

Der Aufenthalt war ok. Man ist schnell in der Stadt. Allerdings ist die Wohnung sehr abgewohnt. Eine Badezimmertür hat sich z.B. nur noch anlehnen lassen und aufgrund der Einfachverglasung und der Lage an einer vielbefahrenen Straße, war es Nachts sehr laut.

Worst Property ever rented on holiday

The pictures shown ARE TOTALLY OUT OF DATE . The place has deteriorated so much since they were taken that the place is being mis sold.When we arrived it was filthy with human and food dirt behind the beds and sofa.The electrical plug points were broken with live wires exposed. My young daughters bed was broken on checkin and I was so lucky that I did an inspection with the check in staff on arrival or we would probably have been blamed.She spent the week sleeping on the floor with the creepy crawleys! The flat was very noisy but we could not shut the windows because of the heat .There was dirty water from all of the hot taps with one of the sinks blocked.Our sofa spread was torn with ingrained human stains.The curtains were thick with dirt.There was no kettle or iron. Our bed spread was torn with the foam poking out.The apartment is managed by HOSTWISE and they were useless .My family wanted to move out next day but they would not facilitate this .The whole episode is the subject of a formal complaint to HomeAway as we speak
