About this property

This one bedroom (apartment is also on air bnb where most of my bookings and reviews are(

is just 2 minutes walk into the town centre full of restaurants bars, and shops.

Beautiful gardens are 5 minutes walk, the beach is around 10 minutes walk

There is a balcony to enjoy the sun all afternoon until sunset I have a ladies and men’s mountain bikes for guests to use and I also have two paddleboard inflatable for guest use

Bournemouth beach has miles and miles of coastline to ride there is also a beautiful river in Christchurch about 10 minutes away by car to paddle through the peaceful waters

** the apartment is fully self check in there is a door code for the main door and a key safe out side my apartment door, also there is a parking permit that needs to be displayed at all times during your stay and left back in the apartment when you leave
