Tolle empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung

Die Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Nette Gastgeberin, sehr bemüht um ihre Feriengäste, dass auch alles passt. Schlüsselübergabe völlig unkompliziert. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, top. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und die Geschäfte sind zu Fuß in 10 min zu erreichen. Wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen und sehr wohl gefühlt. Beim nächsten Hollandurlaub gerne wieder bei Ilse Hofstee

Erster gemeinsamer Urlaub

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Der Ort Limmen bietet alles was man so braucht. Zu den stränden Egmond aan Zee und Bergen aan Zee ist es nicht weit, 12-15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Es war sehr schön hier.

Alles wunderbar

Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub und haben viele schöne Orte besucht. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung der Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war angenehm und unkompliziert. Danke für die schöne Urlaubszeit.

Gut ausgestattete und gemütliche Fewo

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in dieser schönen, in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet gelegenen Wohnung. Die Schlüsselübergabe nach vorheriger Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat problemlos geklappt. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in einem Reihenhaus und hat auch einen kleinen Hinterhausgarten. Supermarkt, Bäcker, Metzger sind in 10 min Fußweg zu erreichen, ansonsten benötigt man ein Auto bzw. Fahrräder um zu einem der schönen umliegenden Strände zu kommen z. B.: Castricum, Egmond an Zee, Bergen. Alkmaar ist auch schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen und für einen Ausflug nach Amsterdam haben wir den Zug ab Castricum genommen (bis Castricum ca. 10min, dann 25min mit dem Zug) . Gegessen haben wir meistens in der Wohnung, da sie mit Gasherd, Steamer, Backofen und allem zugehörigem Equipment wirklich top ausgestattet ist,, auch haben wir uns gefreut, dass der Rest dr Küche sehr hochwertig bestückt ist. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Woche. Wir kommen wieder!

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dem sehr schönen eingerichteten Haus von Ilse! Es hat an nichts gefehlt und die Küche ist auch mit allem ausgestattet. Die Betten waren auch super bequem und alles war sehr sauber! Schnelles Wlan war auch vorhanden, was die Kinder sehr gefreut hat! Die Lage war für uns perfekt für unsere Tagesausflüge nach Amsterdam, Harlem, Zandvoort, Bergen aan Zee etc. Nach Amsterdam haben wir in dem sehr schöne Nachbarort Castricum (ca. 3 Km entfernt) einen Zug genommen und waren in nur 20 Minuten mitten in Amsterdam (kostenloser Parkplatz P&R am Hauptbahnhof in Castricum vorhanden!). In Castricum gibt es auch sehr viele gute Restaurants. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die riesige Outlet Mall Bataviastad ca. 1 Std. entfernt und das Freiluft-Zuiderzeemuseum ganz in der Nähe der Outletmall! Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Sehr schön und aktuell eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Sogar Zusatzfahrrad (etwas klein für Erwachsene) stand zur Verfügung. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Strand- oder Stadtbesuche (Amsterdam oder Alkmaar). Dünenzugangskarte wäre wünschenswert.

Super schöner Urlaub

Das Haus von Ilse ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und hat genau unseren Erwartungen durch die inserierten Bilder entsprochen. Die Lage ist perfekt um Ausflüge zum wunderschönen Strand von Castriucum oder Egmond aan Zee zu unternehmen, aber auch um einen Shoppingtag in Alkmaar zu verbringen. Ilse ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die einen herzlich empfängt und bei Fragen gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht. Fazit: Wir kommen gerne wieder 😊

Kleine Auszeit

Wir hatten eine schöne Auszeit und erholsamen Aufenthalt in dem schönen und ruhigen Ort Limmen. Zum Strand war es nicht weit und von Limmen aus konnte man schöne Ausflüge unternehmen. Die Unterkunft war super schön und hatte alles was man so benötigt. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war super und alles lief unkompliziert und reibungslos! Vielen Dank dafür :-)

Sfeervol huis met luxe keuken!

Vriendelijk gastvrij ontvangt, in een sfeervol ingericht huis met alle nodige luxe die het verblijf aangenaam maken. Alleen jammer dat het een rijtjeshuis met een klein tuintje is wat midden in een woonwijk ligt. Wel een mooie omgeving om te fietsen en te wandelen. Grote supermarkt, bakker en slager om de hoek, maar helaas in het hele dorp geen terrasje te vinden.

Schönes Haus in super Lage

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Top Ausstattung. Die Lage des Hauses ist super. Egal ob man einen Ausflug mit dem Rad zu den Stränden oder mit dem Auto oder mit dem Zug nach Amsterdam machen möchtete. Supermarkt in der Nähe indem es alles gibt. Danke an Ilse und Mike für den herzlichen Empfang. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super schöne und erholsame Woche

Das Haus war sehr schön und sauber und genauso wie auf den Bildern. Die Betten sind super bequem und wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und angenehm. Der nächste Supermarkt ist in Gehnähe, sodass man vieles auch ohne Auto machen kann. Ilse und Mike sind total liebe und freundliche Gastgeber und wir haben sehr nette Gespräche mit ihnen geführt. Ich kann jedem empfehlen, seine/ihre Ferien im Haus von Ilse und Mike zu verbringen.

Eine rundum empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Das geräumige Haus ist mit gemütlichem Wohn-/Esszimmer, top ausgestatteter Küche, 2 Schlafzimmern, 2 Toiletten und großem Bad ideal für Familien! Wir haben uns wie zu Hause und sehr wohl gefühlt. Ruhige Umgebung, und dennoch viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und gut erreichbare Strände.
