We offer you a low house, typical of the Berry region (for the older ones, be careful to bow your head under 1 or 2 doors!). 3-star tourist accommodation.
Located in the hamlet of Bouchet-en-Brenne (Indre), at the foot of the Château du Bouchet, it is in the heart of the Brenne Regional Nature Park, 17 km from the abbey of Fontgombault and 15 km from Le Blanc.
From there, on foot, by bike or by car, you can explore the wild Brenne, discover its varied landscapes where you can explore the
mix ponds, woods, meadows, buttons and observe a particularly rich flora and fauna (birds and butterflies in particular). You will have many walks and hikes to do.
This house is composed on the ground floor of a large living room of 65m², a kitchen/dining room equipped and a shower room/toilet. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 with 1 bed of 160, 1 with 2 beds of 90 and 1 other with 3 beds of 90), 1 bathroom
bathroom, 1 shower room and 1 separate toilet. We provide you with a cot for baby and a high chair.
In a room next to the kitchen, you will find the barbecue, deckchairs, garden tables and chairs as well as outdoor games (petanque, molki, Breton palet).
In front of the house a gravelled terrace and a large meadow at your disposal.
Gîte for 7 people – sheets and linen provided (beds will be made on arrival).
The house is heated by electric radiators and a wood stove in the living room. This stove heats very well and we leave you a stock of wood. However, during stays from mid-October to the end of March (this may vary depending on the weather) when electric heating is required, we check on our EDF account the exact electricity consumption during your stay and we ask you to pay us for it at the time of your departure. The amount varies of course according to the outside temperature and the use you make of the wood stove.
We rent our house all year round for minimum stays of 2 nights and during school holidays we rent for minimum stays of 5 nights.
