About this property
Close To Campus, 2 BR Home With Abundant Charm- Clean!
These are challenging times with everyone especially worried about cleanliness and safety! Our home is professionally cleaned after every guest. We also are committed to leaving it vacant for 48 hours between guests. Great location on on the back side of Hendricks Hill. Charming, comfortable home with plenty of room to relax. Large living/dining room, separate sitting areas, hardwood floors, with 54" flat screen television and new comfortable sectional couch . Well stocked kitchen with granite counter tops, washer/dryer. Set back from the street surrounded by mature fir and oak trees. French doors to a large front deck over a carport. Sweet, shady and private back patio. Ample off street parking. Location is convenient- just 1 mile to the Matthew Knight Arena, east side of campus, premium grocery store, and restaurants. Shady and healthy walk up to Hendricks Park. On public transportation and bike trails. Just over 2 miles to downtown Eugene, Saturday market, art galleries, The Shedd, McDonald Theatre, and the Hult Center and much more.

About the host
Hosted by Lon and Janice

Lon is a native of Eugene and Janice came here to go to school in 1983 and never left. We both enjoy staying in VRBOs whenever we travel and are looking forward to sharing our home.
Why they chose this property
This house has been in the family since 1949. It has seen many reiterations and modifications over the year. We believe it has never looked better. We love the love the house and its location, and have enjoyed furnishing it. It is still and always will be a work in progress!
What makes this property unique
The house is set well back from the road. It is spacious, has good light, large front deck, and despite being in town, it feels private. We enjoy being surrounded by large, mature fir trees, watching the squirrels and the occasional deer strolling through.
