The house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, the space consists of a large living-dining room, kitchen, and half-bath. The second floor features three bedrooms and a full bathroom with a bathtub.

The lot measures 500 m2, with a garden and a porch.

This is a quiet and peaceful area, so after 11:00 p.m., voices, music, etc., outside must be kept at a level that does not disturb the neighbors.


Smoking is prohibited inside the house.

Guests with pets must not allow them on beds or sofas, and of course, they must not chew on the furniture.

It is located 15 minutes from the beaches of Laredo, half an hour from Santander, and one hour from Bilbao.

During the off-season, the minimum stay is 2 nights, and during the high season, it is 3 nights.
