THE THORNS: A BALCONY ON THE LAND

Located in Valdició de Soba, a small village nestled between the natural park of LOS COLLADOS DE ASON and the VALLE PASIEGOS, they form part of an impressive balcony over the Miera valley, from where the traveler can contemplate the wonderful landscapes and feel protected by two from the highest peaks of the mountains of Pas: Porracolina and Castro Valnera.

In the vicinity are the ports of Lunada and the Machucos very frequented by cyclists.

Restored respecting the traditional architecture of the area, they have a large plot with a fountain, drying rack, barbecue and porch with picnic area.

Las Espinas is made up of three apartments:

Apartment 1 (7 places): kitchen-living room with fireplace, bathroom, toilet and three bedrooms.
Apartment 2 and 3 (6 places each): kitchen-lounge with fireplace, bathroom, toilet and three bedrooms.

The equipment consists of: kitchenware, appliances (washing machine, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge), television, bedding and bath, heating and hot water.

Beauté, nature et authenticité.

Très bon séjour au gîte Las Espinas. Au bout des derniers kilomètres dans cet espace sauvage et préservé, l'accès au gîte se mérite encore: franchissez ce dernier raidillon pour pénétrer dans une propriété de caractère avec vue exceptionnelle sur les montagnes environnantes. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants mais aussi discrets. Un grand merci à eux pour nous avoir permis de goûter un peu le bonheur de résider en Cantabrie.

Schönes Appartment in einem Haus.

Es gibt insgesamt 3 Appartments mit Erdgeschoß und Obergeschoss. Die Wohnung ist Recht neu und gut ausgestattet. Die Küche verfügt über alles notwendige. Eine Spülmaschine ist nicht vorhanden. Es hat Platz für 6 Personen. Die Matratzen sind 1,9m lang. Die Matratzen sind landestypisch. Die Wohnungen sind hellhörig. Im Garten ist ein Grill für jede Partei. Das Gelände ist umzäunt. Es sind 4 Pferde in der direkten Nachbarschaft, was sehr schön ist, es hat aber auch dadurch sehr viele Fliegen. Eine Fliegenpatsche wäre von Vorteil. W-LAN läuft gut, Fernsehen empfängt nur spanische Kanäle. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Zum Sandstrand sind es 50 Minuten. Es gibt verschiedene Straßen in alle Himmelsrichtungen.

Nos ha encantado todo, la casa impecable no le falta detalle, el anfitrión muy amable y atento y el entorno no puede ser mejor. Hemos pasado unos días increíbles, famila con niños y una mascota, no sé quién estaba más contento... Las vistas, el aire, la fauna y la casa super acogedora, impecable y con todo lo que puedes necesitar para desconectar unos días. Nos ha encantado y repetiremos seguro!

Pasamos un fin de semana familiar y la verdad que no pudo ser mejor, a pesar del más tiempo que nos hizo. Recomendable 100%. La casa está muy limpia y es muy hogareña. Tiene calefacción y chimenea. Además el paisaje es envidiable y hay rutas fantasricas alrededor. No se me puede olvidar mencionar la barbacoa.un 11 sobre 10

Como la casa de Heidi

La experiencia ha sido muy buena, 100% contacto con la naturaleza, te sientes como Heidi en las montañas ya que vienen a verte cabras, vacas y perros pastores. El trato ha sido muy bueno y super amables. La casa es tal cual se ve en las fotos, para los amantes del senderismo hay muchas rutas con distintos niveles de dificultad. Victoria tuvo un detalle con nosotros y nos dejó una quesada típica de allí que estaba estupenda, de hecho el último día fuimos a "El Macho" a comprar más quesadas y sobaos pasiegos. Lo bueno de la casa es que aunque pueda hacer un poco de frío fuera, la calefacción salta enseguida. Nosotros fuimos con dos perros y ellos han sido los que más lo han disfrutado, creo que puede ser una experiencia extraordinaria con niños para que tengan un contacto pleno con la naturaleza. Sin duda, si volvemos alguna vez repetiremos en estas 3 casitas de las montañas.

Maravillosa casa rural y entorno

La casa rural es excelente, el entorno y ubicación espectaculares. El trato con los propietarios también perfecto. La casa es muy segura para ir con niños pequeños (tiene un terreno vallado alrededor amplio) y tiene un porche que viene muy bien para comer fuera y para jugar los niños cuando llueve. La única pega es que está un poco escaso de vajilla (platos, vasos, cubiertos), le comentamos a Esperanza esta cuestión y nos dijo que lo resolvería. Nunca hemos repetido casa hasta ahora, pero casi seguro que haremos una excepción en este caso. Muchas gracias por todo.

Muy agradable

La casa es muy cómoda tanto con niños como sin. Estaba muy limpia y el entorno es muy agradable y tranquilo. Nosotros hicimos muchas visitas (Santander, Bilbao...) y perfecto. Pero si lo que se busca es un lugar donde desconectar, este es el sitio. Muy agradable el trato con Esperanza.
