The house is located in the center of town, next to the Town Hall, the Hotel Balneario, and the greenway (about 20 km perfect for walking or cycling, by the old Santander-Ontaneda railroad).
The town has magnificent prehistoric caves declared a World Heritage Site and is very close to Cabárceno Park, Santander, Torrelavega, Comillas and many beaches.
