This is a really nice cottage near the North Sea in an attractive cottage area. The cottage is bright and delicious, and is located on a small dune top in Skodbjerge. The kitchen and living room are in open connection with each other, and from here there is access to the nicest, partially enclosed wooden terrace. The lovely wooden terrace invites to outdoor coziness. From the nice cottage and the terraces there is a nice view of the dunes. From the highest dune on the plot there is a glorious view over the dunes and the North Sea. Furthermore, there is free access to Outrup Golf Course and the swimming pool in Hvide Sande 2021. Free final cleaning!

Schönes Ferienhaus - mit einigen Abstrichen

Wir (2 Erw. + 2 Kind.) waren für eine Woche in diesem sehr schön gelegenen Ferienhaus. Das Haus liegt mitten in den Dünen und bis zur Nordsee - die wir im übrigen NICHT vom Hsus aus sehen konnten - sind es ca. 400m. Der Strand ist breit, leer und aus feinstem Sand. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es einige Supermärkte, ein tolles Museum und einige Geschäfte. Zur Ausstattung des Hauses gehört - entgegen der Beschreibung - KEIN Pool. Ebenso wird man einen Toaster vergeblich suchen und auch für den Kamin, muss das Brennholz ebenfalls selbst gekauft werden. Zudem hat der Kamin 2 gebrochene Specksteine und „zieht“ relativ schlecht. Eine „echte“ Schlüsselübergabe bei der Vermittlungsagentur gab es nicht. Stattdessen musste der Umschlag innerhalb von 2 vollen Holzboxen (mit bestimmt 50 Umschlägen) selbst gefunden werden. Daher fehlte auch jegliche Information, wo der Stromzähler zu finden ist.. Alles in allem: Eine sehr schöne Gegend und toll zum entspannen. Ob es das Ferienhaus allerdings noch einmal wird..
