1 bedroom Country Cottage

Our wonderful cottage sits in 2 acres of grounds with an outdoor swimming pool.
The property was built around the 1780’s and has been lovingly restored and decorated to a high standard.
Our large 1 bedroom cottage comes fully equipped for your stay.
It consists of an open planned living/dining room and kitchen area. Walking down a brightly lit hallway you will find the bathroom with washing machine on your left and then the bedroom directly in front of you with a window overlooking the grounds.
The property is all on one level.

Week-end très agréable. Hôtes discrets mais disponible si besoin. Très sympathiques. Barrière un peu par rapport à la langue mais on s'adapte avec traducteur sur téléphone. A refaire car endroit très calme.

Idéal pour découvrir au calme la Charente

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au sein du gîte « Poppy ». Idéal pour visiter la région et la piscine est un réel atout pour se rafraîchir en rentrant. Nos hôtes étaient très sympathiques et disponibles. Nous recommandons !

Grand et beau gîte

Ce gîte comprend un grand séjour et cuisine ouverte, une belle salle de douche / toilette et une chambre. Dommage que notre hôte ne parle pas français. De toute façon, elle nous a accueillis puis nous ne l'avons plus revue. La piscine est sympa. Le jardin partagé avec les autres gîtes et chambres d'hôtes est très joli et bien entretenu avec badminton, but de foot, trempoline,... Pas grand chose à voir dans la région (c'est la campagne dans sa plus simple expression) et peu de restaurants ou supermarchés à proximité. Ce gîte est situé au milieu de nulle part, dans un coin calme où l'on n'entends que les oiseaux, mais du coup, il faut tout le temps prendre la voiture et vite faire des kilomètres... En bref, nous avons beaucoup apprécié le gîte confortable, joli et installé avec goût mais moins la région.

Un paradis de sérénité

Les propriétaires sont extrêmement attentionnés, tout en restant discrets. L'endroit est magique, isolé tout en étant au centre d'un lieu-dit. Le jardin est magnifique. Chaque locateur bénéficie d'une partie de l'espace. Le gîte est joliment décoré, organisé de manière très fonctionnelle, tout est présent. Les propriétaires ont organisé un barbecue dans une ambiance détendue, en respect total des règles liées au covid. Le petit déjeuner anglais fut une découverte intéressante pour les papilles. Hidden gem

Lorna and Kevin are very helpful, friendly hosts. Le Relais d'Age is set in quiet, beautiful countryside where you can experience the best that rural France can offer.

Gite ultra sympa à Suaux

Le gite est très propre. Rien ne manque et si par hasard, il vous manquait qqchose, les propriétaires hyper sympas ne manqueraient pas de vous l'apporter. Chouette jardin arboré et super piscine. Un vrai petit coin de paradis! Pas d'air conditionné mais c'est inutile. Les murs épais tiennent à l'abri de la canicule. Le gîte est frais. Merci pour l'accueil. On reviendra avec plaisir!

Bon séjour dans l ensemble

Cottage très bien. Gérant très sympa mais barrage de la langue. Piscine 1 peu dangereuse. Cest dommage qu'il faille prendre la voiture pour tout. Manque peut-être ping ping, vélos.....
