Spectacular apartment 2 minutes walk from Sitges beach, with sea views
and in an urbanization with three community pools and garden.

This apartment is located on the Paseo Marítimo of Sitges, and from its
terrace, ideal for breakfast or long meals, it has spectacular views of
the sea, from where you can enjoy the sunsets.

It has capacity for 4 people, since the apartment is divided into a
double bedroom with built-in wardrobes, a living-dining room with a
flat-screen TV and a sofa bed. The kitchen is integrated into the
living room, and has everything you need for your stay (refrigerator,
oven, dishwasher, kitchenware, coffee maker...). The spacious bathroom
has a large shower. In addition, the apartment has a washing machine.

The entire apartment has WiFi and air conditioning.

It is ideal for couples or families who want to enjoy a few relaxing
days on vacation, as it is located two steps from the beach, a 3-minute
walk from the center of Sitges and its shops, and has several nearby
restaurants with different gastronomic offers.

Furthermore, within the complex you can use the 3 community pools and
its large garden.

* For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50

Departure information:
* Departure time is 11 am
* Remember to turn off the AC before your departure.
* Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or visible place,
never in the lock.

Arrival between 00:01 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
