The SHWAY60 Family House is a beautiful renovated house in downtown Antwerp for up to 10 people. It consists out of 3 apartments: The Red With Pearls, The Black Pants and The Suit. These apartments are connected to each other by a steep spiral staircase. There are three bedrooms, three living spaces, three kitchens and three bathrooms in total, spread over 5 floors. It is perfect for a big family, a group of friends, colleagues, workshops, meetings and so on and so on! BRAND NEW SOFABEDS!!
In the ground floor apartment you can find the big three meter table where you can have dinner and gather the whole group. Two people can sleep here in a queen size boxspring bed and they will have their own bathroom too.
The first floor duplex-apartment sleeps 4: two in a queen size boxspring bed in a separate bedroom, the other two on a brand new comfortable sofabed (renewed 17/10/2021) in the living room. This apartment has one bathroom and one kitchen and a cute balcony where you can hang out with good weather. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony outside.
The top floor duplex apartment also sleeps 4: two in a queen size boxspring bed in a separate bedroom, the other two on a brand new comfortable sofabed in the living room. This apartment has also a bathroom and a kitchen.
We provided in each kitchen a Nespresso coffee machine, a waterboiler, a dishwasher, a fridge, an oven, kitchen- and table utensils and cooking basics such as: olive oil, pepper & salt, sugar, coffee, tea, dishwashing tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge, handsoap and cleaning product.
The whole building is equipped with airconditioning and electric heating, the TV's have Netflix and every door has a codelock.
Fun fact: people call this building "The Flatiron of Antwerp" !

We can assure you that this is just the best neighborhood of Antwerp. Super central, a quiet street, close to public transfer and public parkings, in the middle of the best shopping streets and within 10 minutes walking distance from the best restaurants, cafés and museums. The district is called Sint-Andries and it is located in the southern part of the city centre. The district is bordered by the "Historical Center" in the north, the "Theaterbuurt" in the east and "Het Zuid" in the south. Nowadays, it is the fashion centre of the city and a lot of famous Belgian designers are located here. Vintage, design, interior, fashion and boutiques are key words for what to find in this area.
The centre of Antwerp is a low-emission zone, please check the website antwerpen.be for more information. From Central Station you can take tram 8 to Nationale Bank and walk to the address in 7 minutes. If you are coming with the car, you can park the car at Indigo Parking Nationale Bank (address: Frankrijklei 166, 2000 Antwerp), for €17,- per 24h.
