The villa (approximately 170 square metres) is located in the centre of the village of Rezzo (IM), at an elevation of 560 metres. It is a typical stone house nestled in the countryside, featuring a large garden (approximately 200 square metres), a large terrace, and is spread over two floors: on the ground floor is the living area, featuring the kitchen and a large living room with a fireplace, overlooking a spacious, fully equipped garden, and including a double sleeper sofa; on the ground floor is the sleeping area, consisting of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a bathtub.
The house is about a 20-minute drive from the coast (Imperia, Albenga, Alassio), and there are a variety of activities to enjoy in the surrounding area. A 15-minute walk takes you to the Rezzo lakes, where you can go swimming, and in the Arroscia Valley, you can organise various hikes and sports activities as well as cultural and food-and-wine tours. Eight kilometres away is the village of Pieve di Teco, a charming and picturesque medieval village, and 20 kilometres away is the village of Mendatica, home to a fun adventure park for families.
