This villa in Santa Teresa di Gallura for rent is located in the area of Baia Santa Reparata, just 2 km from the centre of Santa Teresa di Gallura, the extreme point of north-east Sardinia. The beach of Baia Santa Reparata is far only 450 meters and it's reachable on foot. This is characterized by rich cliffs and seabeds with colors ranging from blue to green that make Baia Santa Reparata an ideal vacation place for those who love diving.

The villa consists of 3 bedrooms with double beds, 3 bathrooms, a large kitchen, a cosy living room and a spacious veranda with a stone table and a barbecue area where to enjoy outdoor meals. A small swimming pool with jacuzzi, recently placed in the garden, provides a wonderful space to relax and enjoy the quiet surroundings.

In this area of north Sardinia there is really a lot to discover, the coast of Santa Teresa is characterized by numerous coves, recesses and promontories that hide beautiful beaches bathed by a crystalline sea and very rich depths.
In few minutes by car you reach Santa Teresa di Gallura, a characteristic village overlooking the Strait of Bonifacio. Here in the evening you can stroll along the narrow streets of the center, visit the Spanish tower, admire the starry sky, enjoy the evening stalls with handmade trinkets, and savor local specialties in one of the many restaurants in the town.

From Santa Teresa di Gallura it is possible to reach and visit the famous La Maddalena Archipelago by boat trips, an experience that we recommend everyone to do to admire the wonders that the islands of the archipelago can offer.

NOTE:
- In case of cancellation within the terms of which a refund is expected, a 25,00 euro cancellation management fee will be charged. Bank transfer costs are not refundable
- Electricity and water must be paid at the end of the end of the stay according to consumption.

An unforgettable place and an equally wonderful holiday. I must thank Sardinia Unlimited for their professionalism and courtesy: we had some problems with the payment which were promptly resolved and did not cause any inconvenience. The villa was even better than our expectations: completely surrounded by nature, and a stone's throw from breathtaking beaches. We fell in love with Sardinia and will definitely return!

Great location!

We are fully satisfied about our holiday in villa Filugnana. The position is great, a few minutes on foot from the beach and few minutes by car from Santa Teresa. The area is really good for walking around and exploring along the coast. Spring is the perfect time to go on some nice excursions, so we took advantage of it and visit the wild and fascinating Capo Testa. The house itself is very good and the pool/jacuzzi was amazing!
