About this property

Penthouse apartment with private terrace refurbished in August 2016, with one bedroom and one bathroom, located in the heart of the city, just a few metres from Las Ramblas and the well-known Portal del Ángel and next to the church of Santa Anna.

You have to climb a narrow staircase with 29 steps to reach the lift.

The living room has a flat screen TV, dining table with chairs and access to a balcony overlooking a famous shopping street in the city centre. The kitchen is integrated and fully equipped.

The main bedroom has a double bed.

The bathroom contains a shower.

Towels and bedding are provided on arrival.

The flat does not have a washing machine or dryer.

Parties or stag/hen groups are not allowed.

The tourist tax is not included in the price of the flat. It costs 6.05€ per adult per night up to a maximum of seven nights. ¡

Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you can pick up your key between 9.00 and 20.00 from Monday to Friday (except bank holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a bank holiday during the week) the key collection is at 228 Aribau street. The opening hours are from 09.00 to 20.00.Self check in with mobile phone from 15.00 onwards

Check-in after 21:00h is done in person at the flats and has an extra cost of 30€.
