Charming holiday villa with private pool in Calpe (Costa Blanca), designed to accommodate 6 people. The house, distributed on a single floor, has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, providing comfort and spectacular views. The interior environment is pleasant, with air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms.

The magnificent villa includes a spacious living-dining room with SAT/TDT TV and panoramic views of the sea, the Peñón de Ifach and the charming town of Calpe. Access to the balcony from the living room offers an ideal space to enjoy breakfast with stunning views. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob and dishwasher. The spacious master bedroom with a double bed has beautiful views and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. In addition, two bedrooms with two single beds each, one of them with sea views and access to the pool and barbecue area. A bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a room with a washing machine complete the interior amenities.
