Our villa / holiday home
not far from the beach and the sea:
On a very well-kept plot of 830 square meters you will find tastefully furnished rooms. 2 bedrooms with fans, living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet on 120 square meters. All rooms have windows with mosquito screens. The indoor kitchen has an oven and 4 hot plates, refrigerator, coffee machine and toaster. In the outdoor area by the pool there is a covered outdoor kitchen (fully equipped with dishwasher, large fridge, freezer, gas grill Baron S490 and a separate shower) and a toilet. Our Finnish sauna is still on the lower garden level. Our house is equipped with all modern amenities (free WiFi, satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher). Our outdoor pool with 4x8 m, 2 large terraces and a private garden invite you to sunbathe. The sea and the beach are only 3 km away. The nearest bar is 0.5 km away and a restaurant 0.7 km. For shopping Lidl / Aldi it is 2 km. Sights can be reached quickly, so you can plan spontaneously. We are happy to give tips on leisure activities and cultural highlights.

Villa with fantastic pool

The villa was really lovely and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We were met by our hosts on arrival and they were responsive when we needed to contact them. The deep pool is a real bonus. Lots of seating and great shaded areas, which were very welcome in the heat. A great location, only a short drive to the beaches and Calpe itself.

Great Villa located 10 mins from Calpe by car

Great facilities had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great games cupboard with table tennis, table football all the blow ups for the pool supplied and more. Nice quite area with a local bar just a short walk away. You will need a car for this Villa.

Lovely villa with fantastic pool.

We travelled as a family of four with two teenage children. The owners were there to meet us and explain how everything worked. The property is in a quiet residential area with a long driveway with a carport to keep the car cool and lockable gates. The villa had everything you could possibly want for a holiday including plenty of towels, glasses, plates etc. We especially enjoyed using the summer kitchen and the wonderful gas BBQ. I would say the best feature of the property is the pool. It was sparkling clean and warm. Although it was of no concern to our family, it is worth noting there is no significant shallow end. There is plenty of outside seating including loungers and a hammock with large umbrellas for some all important shade. A car is essential and we enjoyed several trips into Calpe where there are hundreds of places to eat and a great sandy beach with safe shallow bathing waters. We also visited some local caves, the town of Altea and we ventured further afield to Valencia which is a fantastic city. I have no hesitation in recommending this area and villa for a great family holiday.

Schöner, großer und tiefer Pool. Großzügige Außenanlage - teilweise etwas rustikal. Objekt entspricht der Beschreibung im Inserat. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Aussengrill sehr gut.Leider ist die Sicht eingeschränkt und man hört Straßenlärm.

Astreine Ferienunterkunft

Ich kann die Unterkunft jedem nur empfehlen, egal ob Freunde, Familie oder Pärchen, es ist für jeden geeignet. Das Inserat stimmt 1 zu 1 mit dem Haus überein. Uns hat besonders der Außenpool und die überdachte Außenküche gefallen. Die Vermieter sind superfreundlich, hilfsbereit und hatten immer ein offenes Ohr. Hatten wir ein Problem, wurden wir meist innerhalb kurzer Zeit zurück gerufen. Da ich eine ehrliche Kritik schreiben will, muss ich erwähnen dass, nicht alles einwandfrei geputzt war. Hier und da hat man ein wenig Staub und Haare entdecken können, aber alles noch im hygienischen Zustand. Die Lage ist gut, doch noch keine 5 Sterne dafür müsste es näher in Richtung Strand liegen. Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man 10-15 Minuten zum Strand, das Laufen dauert dann schon 30-60 Minuten.

Agréable séjour sur Calp

Nous avons passé 2 formidables semaines à Calp en Août 2023. L'accueil par les propriétaires était impeccable, ils nous ont même mis en contact avec un garage local pour régler une problème de véhicule. La location est très bien équipée il ne manque rien (cafetière, bouilloire, micro-onde, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, congélateur, barbecue, et tous ce qu'il faut en vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine) L'extérieur possède également tout les équipements nécessaire et la cuisine "extérieure" est très appréciable. La localisation au calme dans les hauteurs de Calp est également très appréciable tous en restant proche du centre et des plages (5min en voiture). Que du positif

Tolles Haus, tolle Vermieter

Alles Top!!! Die hilfsbereiten Vermieter haben uns sehr nett empfangen und waren jederzeit übers Handy erreichbar. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Bis zum Strand sind es mit dem Auto nur ein par Minuten. Um die Ecke ist eine kleine Bar, wo man für kleines Geld essen und trinken kann.

Hemos estado del 2 al 15 de agosto y lo hemos pasado muy bien. La casa está genial, tiene todo lo necesario. En la piscina da el sol desde las 10 de la mañana hasta las 8 de la tarde. La cocina está bien equipada. Hay varias playas a 5 minutos en coche.

Heerlijk verblijf

Wij zijn twee weken in deze accommodatie verbleven. Het huis is perfect! De buitenkeuken is ideaal, wij hebben alleen van deze keuken gebruik gemaakt. De keuken binnen in het huis hebben we niet nodig gehad. Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en meer. Het zwembad was ideaal. Wifi ontvangst was prima. We misten alleen de airco, vooral op hele warme dagen. De slaapkamers hebben een ventilator aan het plafond en dat hielp wel goed om de nachten door te komen. Dus al met al: een top huis, zeker een aanrader!

Super Familienurlaub

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön, man hat eine Ausblick auf Calp und das Meer. Das Haus ist, wie beschrieben: die Küche draußen ist klasse und den Gasgrill kann man seht gut nutzen. Die Ausstattung ist komplett, es fehlt nichts. Der Pool ist groß genug und perfekt für Kinder. Das Haus und das Gelände ist liebevoll gestaltet und macht den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Die Strände von Calpe sind nicht weit. Da uns das aber zu voll war, sind wir nach Denia an die Strände gefahren. Auch nicht weit und nicht zu voll. Alles in allem gelungene 14 Tage!

La estancia ha sido estupenda, nos ha encantado la casa y sobre todo las instalaciones donde hemos disfrutado mucho, Donde pasas mas tiempo es en la piscina y la cocina exterior. No falta de nada en la casa, y la limpieza es excepcional. La persona con la que estabamos en contacto alli estaba muy atenta. Ademas vienen todas las semanas el equipo de mantenimiento para las instalaciones exteriores y vigilar el agua de la piscina. esta todo en perfecto estado. Nos ha encantado!!!! Nos hemos sentido muy seguros en estos tiempos de covid.

Vacaciones Calpe

Hemos estado muy bien. La casa muy bien, como en el anuncio. Lo único que no funcionaba era la sauna, aunque en agosto tampoco apetece. Tiene todo lo necesario en cuanto a menaje y una barbacoa estupenda. La piscina de maravilla, hay disponibles muchas cosas para la piscina como colchonetas y para la playa para los niños. La ubicación a 5 min en coche de la playa, zona tranquila. Un alojamiento muy recomendable.

Toller Urlaub in schöner Villa mit Einschränkungen

Wir haben für 2 1/2 Wochen unseren Sommerurlaub in dem schönen Haus verbracht. Vermietet wird die Wohnung auf der unteren Etage. Das Haus hat einen wunderschönen Garten mit großer Terasse und sehr großem Pool. Das Haus bietet 2 Küchen , wobei insbesondere die Außenküche tolle Möglichkeiten bietet - ausgestattet mit wirklich jedem erdenklichem Küchenequipment. Es gibt außen mehr als genug an Liegen Tischen, Schirmen und Stühlen. Auch für Spiel und Spaß bietet das Haus eine mehr als überdurchschnittliche Sammlung . Wir wurden bereits bei Ankunft super freundlich von unser Vermieterin Andrea begrüßt und eingewiesen. Während des gesamten Urlaubs standen uns das Eigentümerpaar jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, waren immer (telefonisch) erreichbar und lösten kleinere Probleme umgehend. Wirklich 5* plus Gastgeber. Das Haus hätte sicher 5 Sterne verdient, denn auch die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch zentral zu Calpe. 7 min zu den Stränden oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Leider trübten die wirklich mehr als einfachen und wackeligen Betten das Bild. Die Matratzen waren gut, aber die Gestelle entsprachen nicht dem zu erwartenden Standard. Bei jeder Bewegung geriet das Bett in Bewegung. Ein weiterer Minuspunkt war das Wohnzimmer, das mit älteren Möbeln ausgestattet war und leider muffig war. Wir hielten uns hier ungern auf , auch wenn eine tolle technische Ausstattung mit großem TV und Bluray Player und mobiler Anlage lockte. So verbrachten wir die Abende lieber bis nachts auf der tollen Terasse. Insgesamt sind daher leider im Gessamturteil 2 Sterne abzuziehen.

Very nice property!

I only have good things to say about this accommodation. We rented the villa in July 2018 and had a lovely stay. The pool was wonderful and was used a lot by the kids and along with the very well equipped outdoor kitchen that was a perfect place to spend the days. The landlord was very service-oriented and helpful and everything worked perfectly, just like a vacation should be. A very pleasant experience, right from the booking to leaving the villa.
