This annexe-style cottage rests near Wallingford, Oxfordshire and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
Thames Reach is a detached annexe resting within the owner’s garden, on the outskirts of Wallingford. It comes with one double bedroom and a bedroom with a trundle bed, which can be made into a single, a twin or a double, together sleeping four people and served by a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. Outside, there is off-road parking and a lawn garden with table and chairs, as well as a barbecue and a path taking you to the River Thames. Thames Reach is an outstanding getaway to enjoy all year around.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking. Lawn garden area with table and chairs, as well as a barbecue. Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed. Shop 1.1 miles, pub 1.4 miles. Note: River Thames Path at the end of the property, children need to be supervised. Note: Double bedroom is access via the other bedroom
