The beach house's plentiful deck space offers an inviting environment to relax and visit. The kitchen is fully furnished with cooking supplies to facilitate homemade meals. The granite center island comfortably seats 7 and the kitchen dining table seats 6 more.
The beach house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and upon your departure.

Security Camera Disclosure: For the security of the property, there is one exterior Ring Spotlight Camera mounted under the covered patio. The camera monitors the rear entrance, covered patio, garage area, and a portion of the pool area. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home.

We have lots of family & friends that visit us several times a year at the beach and we have always wanted to have a family vacation home for these trips. We have rented properties for our family in the Surfside area for years and just love this area. We found the beach home in 2017 and love sharing it with our family, friends, and our vacation guest! If owning a Home is the American Dream; owning a Vacation Rental Home is an Extension of the American Dream.

What makes this property unique

With multiple outdoor living areas, this homes has something for everyone. Enjoy breakfast on the deck with your family, settle down for a mid-morning nap in the downstairs hammock chair, and then an afternoon of swimming and lounging around the large pool.
