By the Pond is a beautiful one level beach house located in Surfside Beach, SC. Has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Can sleep up to 10 total people max (up to 8 adults max and 4 kids max) , Has 2 living areas to allow some get away from eachother time :) Has private salt water pool (heating available @ $300), and a golf cart provided for guest use. Has all the amenities you need to make this your home away from home. Awesome location that is convenient to the beach, shopping, dining and local attractions. This home requires a weekly 7 day rental of Saturday to Saturday during summer peak season (June- August) with check in at 4:00 PM an checkout before 10:00 AM. During rest of year stays are available for as low as a 2-3 day stay,

When make booking request to us, we will email for some addiitional guest information of which we require repies to us at time of request, Reservations are created when payment is made on owner approved booking requests. We sometimes get multiple inquiries for same date ranges that we quote multiple people on the same day. A quote does not equal a reservation or dates held until paid and approved.

In order to book our home you must read over the required Rental Agreement we will provide after acceptance, complete all required information, and return with drivers license verifying your agreement to the stated terms that they are acceptable and will be followed. Please notify us if have any questions on this.

We generally only allow Family rentals with responsible adult over 25 years of age. We do not rent to groups under 30 years of age. Any non family groups, and/ or people bringing motorcycles or trailers please contact us prior to requesting to book to get approval to reserve.

I would like to make a couple recommendations for future stays. Definitely advertise all the wonderful additional amenities that your home provides: beach toys/boogie board items (those are awesome things for families), your game selections for entertainment for kiddos, just how easy access and close it is to the beach, lots of kitchen utensils"

Golf cart is legal to ride on streets in Surfside and includes permit to allow free parking at all golf cart parking areas,including golf cart beach access parking throughout Surfside.

Ours is a family home which we rent to families only with the renting adult parents being over the age of 30. We only want responsible guests who will care for and cherish our home like we do.
