4 Bedroom/4.5 Bath-Beach House, Private Pool Steps from Beach

Welcome to our Surfside Beach house, “A Dream Come True” (Twin).

We think it will be a place for your summer vacation dreams to come true. This house is young (constructed '08), spacious (2200 sq ft) and all bedrooms have new carpeting.

Features include 9’ ceilings, four bedrooms each with a full bath, and a modern kitchen with granite counters, utensils, pots/pans. Ceiling fans throughout the house.
Parking under the house.

It is the second house up from Ocean Blvd and beach access is directly across the street. Seven blocks south is the Pier with restaurants and shopping....an easy walk.

We think the layout of the house is perfect for family’s with a Master bedroom on the first floor and on the second floor is a second Master bedroom, bunk bed room (2 bunk beds), and a bedroom with two full beds. Each bedroom comes with a 32” LCD TV. The house comes with washer and dryer with a separate AC unit on each floor.

If lounging is preferred, a private pool is in back with six foot privacy fence. The pool is not heated. On ground level is a picnic table and barbecue area. In the first floor living area is a sofa/love seat combo with 52” LCD TV or surf the Internet via WIFI. Departure cleaning is included. Linens are included.

Yearly family beach vacation .

Great home, great communication with owners, home had plenty of room for family . Pool was an added bonus for hot days retuning from beach . Would absolutely stay again .

This is a wonderful place for a family beach trip. The house itself is ideally located a short walk to the beach. It was clean and well kept. The layout is great - upstairs is large and the bedrooms are well spread out so that everyone can have privacy. Each bedroom has a bathroom as well - no need to share! The pool is small, but perfect for a dip. The owners were quick to respond with any questions and provided great info for check in and the neighborhood. Definitely recommend!

Fun beach stay

We had a lot of fun while visiting Surfside beach. The stay was nice but one thing that made the stay tough was the thermostat resetting in the middle of the night and it made sleeping uncomfortable. Other than that, everything else was great!

Perfect for two families

We loved the location right off the beach and walking distance to restaurants. We also loved the interior layout with two masters and room for loads of kids. It is a well maintained spacious house and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Stay

The location was great and extremely clean! LOTS of room to spread out and visit together as one large family or split off into groups. I could tell the owners wanted our stay to be worry-free with all the staff they sent by to take care of the little things such as cleaning the pool, taking out the trash cans, etc. What a fantastic vacation!

Perfect Summer Vacation

We could not have been more happy with the House, Pool, and proximity to the Beach. Nice and quiet street. The property owner was extremely attentive and friendly to work with. Amazing Home in Surfside

This house was perfect for our group. We loved the king size beds, balconies, and pool. Everything was clean and spacious, and the owners had great communication. We stayed at this home during a baseball tournament. This home is close to the Grand Park Athletic Complex. It is also walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We rented a golf cart which was a fun way to get ice cream and see the town. Surfside is beautiful and quaint. We would love to return some time soon. Thank you!

summer trip

The house is beautiful and has everything you need to feel at home. Great location, real quick walk to the beach, beach is not crowded in this area. The only negative is the pool, it is completely shaded by trees and the leaves and millipedes fall into the pool. The pool company did come out and vac. but the leaves and millipedes were back in the pool by the next day. I would recommend this house if the trees around the pool were cut down.

Really nice house in great location

We've been vacationing in Surfside for a number of years; this year, we procrastinated and our usual house was unavailable. Found this one via a VRBO search and luckily it was available. Owners were very easy to work with and very helpful with pre-arrival information. Once we got into the house, it was a relief to see how nice it was! Great location relative to beach access. House was very nicely equipped (modern TV's, nicely decorated, etc.) Can't speak to the kitchen as we never use it on vacation..but it seemed to have all the necessities. Furniture was comfortable and clean, pool was great to have even though it is small. Nothing like coming back from the beach, showering off and jumping into a refreshing pool! Owners were very accommodating during our stay; we requested a cooler temperature at night and they promptly adjusted the NEST thermostat for us. Only negatives are the carpet (a little worn from all those beach feet). Truthfully, this house was much more than we needed (family of 4), but it never hurts to have plenty of space. We'd definitely stay here again if we had a larger party.

Why they chose this property

First, we always wanted our own beach house. During many visits to Myrtle Beach area, we kept being drawn to Surfside Beach due to its proximity to Myrtle Beach to the north, golfing, shopping, restaurant's, etc. The fact that Surfside isn't lined with condo towers was an attraction for us along with the family orientated community. It became the perfect beach spot for us.

What makes this property unique

We enjoy the comfort of our new home and what seems to be the endless options to pick from during the day....read a book, hang out at the pool, walk to the beach, walk to the pier to hang out or enjoy a meal, golf, shop or watch TV. It is the perfect spot to unwind and relax.
