Available for Winter rental Oct 1 through April 30 at monthly rate $1850.

Tenant must bring their own beach equipment, soap, detergent etc. Prior to leaving, return all items and furniture to original places (dishes, cutlery, chairs etc.) and any used linens laundered and folded
