This air-conditioned villa comes equipped with a 10m x 5m heatable swimming pool, surrounded by terraces, lawn and mature gardens. The ground floor includes a lounge area with seating around a fireplace and TV, and patio doors which lead to a shaded terrace. The dining area also has access to the shaded terrace and is located opposite the fully fitted kitchen. On the ground floor, you'll find two bedrooms with king-size beds, both with en-suite bathrooms, as well as a double bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. There's also an attached twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The first floor offers a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and a spacious bedroom for two people with an en-suite shower room and patio doors leading to a shared balcony.

Before you enter the main villa, there's a private suite on the right that's wheelchair-friendly. This spacious room consists of a double bedroom, sofas, TV, small kitchen area with cupboards, fridge-freezer, and sink. The suite also has patio doors leading to a small table and chairs, as well as the main pool terrace area. The suite has an en-suite shower room with a double basin.

Outside, you'll find plenty of parking to the front, as well as stunning shaded and full sun terraces. The Vivenda Carvoeiro Deluxe features a stone gazebo with a large table and chairs, as well as a BBQ. Directly under the gazebo is a fridge and sink for food preparation. The 10m by 5m heatable pool features a water feature that can be turned on/off as guests choose, allowing them to enjoy a waterfall effect. There are the options of roman steps or a ladder into the pool.
