The modern and comfortable villa has a beautiful covered terrace of 68 m2 with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs for a friendly and relaxing stay. On the ground floor, with large windows overlooking the terrace and an outdoor and private area of 2000 m2, a dining area opens onto the kitchen and well equipped. Living room (flat screen TV) with its corner sofa ideal for your parties cocooning. Shower room / wc with laundry (washing machine and dryer).
Upstairs, 3 south facing bedrooms with sliding wardrobes: 2 bedrooms have a bed 2 people (including 1 in 160 x 200), a private shower and sink, a flat screen TV. The 3rd bedroom offers 2 beds in 90 twin. Separate toilet. Reversible air conditioning in each room. wifi in the villa. Complete baby kit on request. Sheets, towels and linens included in the price of the stay. Private parking. Electricity charged to the real. Intex pool round 4 meters in diameter accessible from June 29 to August 31. Nous avons séjourné chez Nicole 10 jours, et la villa et vraiment magnifique !Nicole et son époux nous ont accueillis à notre arrivée avec de petites attentions comme des boissons fraîches mises au réfrigérateur pour les enfants !Tout est pensé pour que vous ayez tout à portée de main et que vous vous sentez comme à la maison !Nicole et son mari sont adorables et toujours disponibles.La piscine est parfaite !Nous ne pouvons que vous conseiller cette magnifique villa dont les photos correspondent parfaitement !Merci Nicole pour votre disponibilités et votre gentillesse !

Endroit calme, joli, et propre

Nous avons passé 2 semaines bien calmes et relaxantes en famille dans cette maison bien entretenue, tranquille, et très jolie. On a apprécié la cuisine bien équipée, les chambres climatisées (avec douche dans 2 des 3 chambres!) et surtout la grande piscine (entretenue chaque matin!) avec son espace détente couvert adjacent. A noter que l'utilisation d'une voiture est indispensable pour aller faire des courses, car la maison est éloignée de la ville (ce qui a des avantages et des désavantages, il faut le savoir) Petit bémol, pas de Wifi, mais ça on le sait en lisant l'annonce. Propriétaires disponibles (habitant à côté) mais discrets, très gentilles. Nous avons adoré l'endroit et le recommandons vivement pour des vacances "détente" dans le calme.

Magnifique villa, dans un cadre superbe et paisible !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique villa, à la fois fonctionnelle et très joliment décorée et bien équipée. Le cadre est superbe et le calme au rendez-vous !

Une semaine de charme, au calme avec pour plaisir les chevaux à admirer. Concernant la maison c'est du grand luxe on ne peut pas améliorer grand chose tout est au top. Encore un grand merci au propriétaire qui malgré la proximité savent se faire invisible. Nous ne pouvons que leur faire des compliments pour leur gentilesse et leur amabilité.

Casa nuovissima e arredata molto bene, ricca di comodità. Proprietari molto disponibili e gentili. Sistemazione strategica per visitare parecchi posti interessanti, dalla Camargue alla valle del Rodano sud, alla Provenza nord-ovest.
