## Space
My stylish apartment is the perfect base for those looking to enjoy a charming residential location that is within easy reach of many of London´s top attractions. Conveniently located in the south Kensington area, you´ll never be far from the action with your nearest tube station mere steps away served by the Piccadilly Line - Covent Garden, Leicester Square and Knightsbridge are just a few of its iconic stops.
The living area is illuminated with natural light via a large window which looks out onto a row of Victorian townhouses opposite. Elegant furnishings and ornamental homely touches make it a welcoming place to kick back after a day of taking in the sights. Take a seat on the comfortable sofa where you can catch up on some TV and enjoy a cup of tea (featured in the welcome pack that greets you at check-in). This wooden paved space is yours to make your own while you´re here, so enjoy it.
If cooking is your thing, step down into the kitchen where modern fittings make rustling up meals effortless. There´s even a dishwasher to help you clean up afterwards- you´re on holiday after all.
The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed fitted with the finest luxury linens. The second bedroom, also a double, has a slightly smaller bed. Both rooms are cozy and fresh looking, boasting high ceilings, ornate headboards and storage space for your clothes. Both beds have high quality mattresses and feather pillows and duvets.
Freshen up in the luxurious bathroom with a shower or relaxing soak in the large bathtub. An illuminated vanity mirror makes getting ready easy, and you´ll enjoy the use of the toiletries and fluffy white towels provided!
My property will be professionally cleaned before your stay.

## Neighborhood
South Kensington is well known as a refined, wealthy and cultured part of West London. There are a myriad shopping opportunities in the many fashion boutiques as well as an opportunity to rub shoulders with the elite at the famous Christie's auction house. You are also under a 10 minute walk from Exhibition Road, where you’ll find the famous Natural History Museum, the V&A, and the Science Museum, and the iconic Royal Albert Hall is just around the corner where you can take a tour or try to get tickets to one of its many concerts. La Vigneronne on the Old Brompton Road is a renowned wine merchants and a great place to visit for the casual taster or the connoisseur.
You aren’t short of options for restaurants either; Tendido Cero and Cambio de Tercio are sister restaurants on opposite sides of Old Brompton Road. Nearby Bumpkin, on Old Brompton Road, is a lovely place to go for drinks, lunch, or dinner. Open every Saturday between 9am and 2pm, the Bute Street Farmers’ Market is literally on your doorstep! Pop downstairs to explore the 18 stalls - you’ll find seasonal and fresh meat, fish, fruit and vegetables. A great place to grab ingredients for lunch.
## Transit
Earls Court is the nearest station to the property, just a two-minute walk away. This connects you to the District and Piccadilly lines, meaning you can get to iconic London sites in no time at all, such as Covent Garden, Leicester Square and Knightsbridge. Exploring London could hardly be easier! Heathrow airport is the nearest to the property, at just 35 minutes away by tube.
South Kensington is only two stops on the tube, to visit the Natural History Museum, the Science Museum, the Victoria and & Albert Museum, the Royal Albert Hall and Hyde Park.
Heading West Kew Gardens is about 20 minutes on the district line with Richmond Park one stop further on, two of our favorite London Places.
And finally, if you like a good suit of armour and all things spikey you must visit the Tower of London, 12 stops east on the district line – skip the queue for the crown jewels and go straight to the White Tower.
If you´re travelling as a group of four or more, consider Uber or Gett as great alternatives to public transport.
## Notes
- Please note the flat is on the second floor and there is no elevator in the property.
-The property is very close to Earls Court Tube station and the trains run behind the property. The flat has modern acoustic double glazed sash windows but with the windows open you will hear the trains in the kitchen and the living room. We like hearing them but not everyone will.
-The property is family friendly in a residential house with nice neighbours. It is absolutely not suitable for parties or more "rowdy groups" so if you want to party through the night please find somewhere else !
-Please note the key collection and drop off are 150 yards away from the property.
