Wonderful ground floor two bedroom apartment, with en-suite bathroom and one shower room/cloakroom. Spacious bright open-plan living area, with all the machines. The location of this property makes the apartment quite unique- you are literally moments from the tube station and some of the best shops and yet the apartment is peaceful and quiet. In a very upmarket area of London, with numerous cafes, bars and pubs just around the corner. It is a short walk away from Portobello Road and Notting Hill Gate. Clean and fresh decor, light wooden flooring, carpeted master bedroom, top quality bedlinen. Looking out to some of the most expensive real estate in London, and greenery. You will be utterly amazed at how close you are to everything LONDON has to offer. Holland Park is just a five minute walk away. Wireless Internet included. A nest in Notting Hill

The property is in an ideal location- close to shops and the metro.The hostess was very accommodating and actually met us outside of the tube!Would definitely recommend this property.

Great stay

The flat was perfect for our family of 4. Great location, lots to walk to, easy access to Tube. Space was clean and beds were comfortable. Already planning a return trip!

Quiet and charming

We loved this charming flat, the host was lovely and very attentive. The neighbor hood is quiet and with everything you need is just a short walk. We enjoyed walking to Starbucks every morning and of course gelato in the afternoons. I highly recommend this flat for your visit in London. Thank you for the great hospitality 😊💕

Great trip

We were very pleased with our stay. Our hostess was very hospitable and allowed us an early check in. She even offered to secure our luggage if we had arrived earlier. The location was near the underground and restaurants and grocery stores. All in all we all agreed we would stay here again

Holland Park Stay

Property was warm,cosy and comfortable with everything we needed for our 2 week stay. The location is outstanding only a block from Holland Park tube and walking distance to shops, pubs, restaurants and Portobello Rd. Loved it felt like a home away from home. Eve was a brilliant host and could no do enough to assist. This was our 2nd stay so clearly we enjoyed it.

Winter stay in Holland Park

Wonderful, cozy apartment in an upscale walkable neighborhood. Around the corner from the Holland Park tube station, and several nice places to eat within two blocks. Two bedrooms and two baths - perfect for our family with two teenagers. Communication with host was great- she met us to let us in, and even brought by fresh flowers. Very nice to have a clothes washer and dryer.

Wonderful apartment, perfect location

We felt very much at home from the moment we entered the lovely apartment and we enjoyed every minute of our stay The apartment has everything you need for a perfect holiday in London. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, coffee mashine! The apartment is just around Holland Park Station in a quiet road and there are shops for all you needs. Do not miss breakfast at Paul´s Bakery! We went several times and loved it!

1/4 block from Holland Park Tube, very quiet

Two large bedrooms and bathrooms, all updated. Large family room/kitchen, all with updated appliances, and plenty of towels. The owner went out of her way to meet us at check-in and later to drop off a bathroom scale at the end of our stay so that we could ensure none of our bags was overweight for the airline. Very grateful for both. Living areas were very clean, some upper shelves and window sills could use a good spring cleaning. Great stay.

Great Host, Great Location, Great Value

We just spent a wonderful week at this cute, clean and quiet flat in Holland Park. The tube station is a 60 second walk with groceries and shops 90 seconds around the corner. The flat is nicely furnished and decorated. It has pretty much everything one needs for an enjoyable stay. The location is awesome and the tube station next door allows the ability to travel to most places in Central London within 20 minutes. Yvonne is an excellent host who is very responsive and caring. We were impressed with her attention to detail. We would definitely stay here again. What a great find!

Charming apartment very near tube station.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Eve was great to work with from setting things up to follow up with additional information. The beds were comfortable. The modern European washer and dryer worked well as did the dishwasher. They master bathroom was very up-to-date and clean. There was plenty of room in the apartment for four adults. I believe the sleeping capacity can be extended to 6. It seemed to be a fairly quiet neighborhood and in the morning the birds could be heard singing outside if the windows were open. The apartment is also very near Kensington Palace and Gardens. Definitely worth a visit. We would like to stay here if we are ever in London again. Thanks to Eve for helping to make our trip to London wonderful.

Home away from home

My husband, our two kids, and I stayed at Yvonne’s flat for about a week at the start of April and we were so happy with our stay. Yvonne met us at the flat to welcome us and show us around, which was very helpful. We really loved having the two twin beds and the two bathrooms given that we have teenagers. The primary suite had such a comfortable bed for us parents! We enjoyed having a place to eat and relax in front of the tv when we weren’t out site-seeing - and having the washer and dryer was so helpful. The neighborhood is ideal. Laid back and full of adorable shops. We celebrated my birthday while we were there and my husband surprised me with chocolates, coffee, flowers, and delicious breakfast foods all within 1 block. The tube station is about a 60 second walk away. Everything was to our expectations and we would absolutely stay at Yvonne’s flat again.

Lovely Flat

We had an amazing stay. The apartment was perfect for 2 adults and two 18 year olds. Close to underground station. Many shops right around the corner. Eve was very sweet! The neighborhood by the underground station was a little undesirable, but I would still stay there again!

Very pleasant stay in a great location

We had a great stay as a family in Eve's flat. The location of the house in Notting Hill is great. Safe and ideal for trips into the city by tube. The support from Eve helped us a lot. We can recommend the accommodation.

Christmas in London
