Only a few minutes walk away from London’s most popular landmarks and points of interests (including the River Thames), this apartment is ideal for visitors who wish to be in the heart of the city or be intimate with the surroundings of what London has to offer. Equipped with a shaker style kitchen, this professionally presented apartment offers beautiful wooden oak floors and designer decors throughout.

This apartment comes with a flat screen TV with Freeview, along with free Wi-Fi access. It is also fully furnished, along with immaculate kitchen that has a gas hob, oven microwave, along with a fridge/freezer allocated within the apartment as well. The apartment also comes with reasonably sized bedrooms, spacious enough to accommodate two people each, as well as 2 extra guests if required (Please ask owner for more details). Transportation to and from the apartment are ideal, as the nearest station is Waterloo East, and just a few yards away from the ITV Television studios and a few minutes’ walk away from the London Eye. To avoid missing out, book this place as soon as possible.
Sleeping arrangement as follows: 2 guests each accommodated in the two double bedrooms, 2 guests in the living room on the double sofa bed. Additional guest can be accommodated on an additional pull out bed (as used in top rated hotels) *There will be an additional charge for the 7th guest*. In total 7 guests can be accommodated comfortably in this apartment.

The location was just a 5 minute walk from the Waterloo underground. Very close to food and paths. Very secure location for family. Owner is very quick to respond prior to arrival and we had no need to contact manager once we were there. Thank you for a great stay
I was looking for an affordable , family friendly place to stay with plenty of space and an elevator (we had lots of luggage :). This location and our host provided everything that we were looking for. The apartment readily accommodated grandparents, parents and children. There were wonderful places to eat close by and we could readily access the tube and explore. Our host was always very responsive and timely. It was just what we were looking for!

The location of the apartment was excellent. Easy walk to the London Eye and to the train and subway stations. There was a little mix up in the beginning over which apartment we would be in but the owner got right on it and rectified. The apartment was very clean and neat. Some things I would recommend is that the owner supply dish towels and potholder in the kitchen. We wanted to stay in and bake some food but found no potholders. Also, a bathmat in the bathrooms. The apartment was nicely furnished but there was only one small couch for 4 adults to sit and relax. I would recommend and additional easy chair of some sort,
The owner was always a phone call or text away and answered very promptly. I highly recommend this apartment if you visit London.

Inaccurate description
We booked this property based on the description of it having 2 bathrooms. We paid a lot of money for a 9 night stay. Upon arriving we found it only had 1 bathroom. At this point it was to late to make any changes, we decided to make the best of it. The overall cleanliness was ok, we did find some stains on the sheets in one of the bedrooms. The bathroom is another story. 1st you have to step up into the bathtub which was easily 24" up. This becomes quite dangerous, my friend did fall one day getting out. The shower curtain was duct taped together and held in the ceiling with tape as well. We had to purchase washcloths as there were none provided.
The location was perfect for us. Centrally located between 2 tube stops and close to bus stops. We were able to perfectly maneuver ourselves around the city from this location. I highly recommend visiting Fountain & Ink on the corner. Excellent service and food.
Overall we had an amazing trip and didnt let the "small"things get us down. We pretty much only slept in the flat. Just know what you are getting.

Great location, does the job
Host was very responsive and provided everything we needed. The location of the flat was great, and made public transportation and walking so easy (pubs nearby, black sheep coffee and gails for breakfast, and waitrose for groceries). The flat wasn't the cleanest, but was good enough for the time we were there. The listing said there was a pullout couch, but it was actually a cot you have to make a request to have made up. The beds were comfortable, fans were perfect at night, and we enjoyed having a balcony to open up in the mornings. Some suggestions to the property manager: the bathroom is dangerous with the bath being so high up, and at a slope with nothing to hold on to. Maybe that is a European thing, but I'm young and agile, and thought I was going to slip & fall multiple times. Maybe also include a few more silverware and dishware, since we had to keep washing the same 2 bowls over and over again. The TV remote was a bit wonky and we had to turn the volume up and down on the tv itself. Lastly, there were only 2 small mirrors in the whole apartment (which wasn't great for having your whole party try to get dressed and ready, but no where to look. The only full length mirror was in the elevator. Otherwise, we had a great stay, and would recommend this to someone traveling with a group who would like their own space at the end of the day, but won't be spending a ton of time at the flat.
Unclean Apartment with Major Plumbing Issues - Unresponsive Host

Would Recommend: Absolutely Not
This VRBO rental in London was a massive disappointment. The biggest concerns were with cleanliness and basic functionality. The apartment was dirty upon arrival, which significantly impacted our enjoyment of the space.
Plumbing Problems: Unfortunately, the problems didn't stop there. We experienced a complete lack of hot water throughout our stay, making showering and washing dishes impossible. The sink also wouldn't drain properly, adding to the frustration.
Unresponsive Host: To make matters worse, the host was completely unresponsive to our attempts to address the hot water issue. We sent multiple messages explaining the problem, but received no replies. This lack of communication left us feeling stranded and ignored. We ended up having to leave early (with no refund…) just so that we could take showers and clean up.
Unacceptable Conditions: The combination of uncleanliness, lack of hot water, and a non-functioning sink made the bathroom feel more like a low-budget campground than a comfortable rental. We were very disappointed with the overall experience, especially considering the cost of the VRBO listing.
Looking Elsewhere: If you're looking for a clean and functional apartment in London with a responsive host, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This VRBO rental unfortunately fell far short of expectations.

Tolle Lage
Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass die Wohnung nur ein Bad hatte. 2 Bäder waren ein Buchungskriterium!!
Die Schlafzimmer sind klein aber ok, der Balkon ist schmal, bietet aber eine tolle Aussicht. Wir waren 5 Personen, ein Bett war in der Wohnküche gerichtet, was völlig ok und gar nicht mal so unbequem war. Störend war aber, dass es dort nur 4 Stühle gab, einer von uns stand immer herum oder saß in meinem Bett. Das Sofa ist sehr alt und entsprechend in schlechtem Zustand. Das wäre nicht so schlimm, wenn der Bezug sauber gewesen wäre.
Die Wohnung war in Punkto Sauberkeit sonst ok.
Der Aufzug im Gebäude ist natürlich toll, man landet direkt vor der Wohnungstüre.
Bzgl Küchenausstattung können wir nur sagen, dass ausreichend Tassen und Gläser vorhanden waren. Wir hatten nie gekocht.
Falls jemand den Föhn suchen sollte, der ist vorhanden, jedoch in einem Schrank eines Schlafzimmers deponiert.
Das Bad könnte mehr hermachen, sehr schade. Man darf beim Duschen zB. nicht spritzen, da sich die Fugen am Boden zum Teil gelöst haben.
Die Lage: echt super. Die Wohnung befindet sich einen Steinwurf von der Themse entfernt, unweit der Millenniumbridge. Ist ein Mischgebiet, viele Firmen, aber echt ordentlich. Wir hatten uns dort nie unwohl oder unsicher gefühlt. In der Nacht ist es dort auch sehr ruhig. Wer gut zu Fuß ist, kann von dort aus wirklich fast alles erlaufen.
Gleich daneben gibt es 2 Kneipen, eine Bäckerei und vieles mehr.
Die Stadt ist ein Traum!
