Warren was wonderful in the clarity and assistance ahead of arrival. The flat is so clean and comfortable and has everything you would need. The area is filled with options for dinner, shopping etc and only about 8 minute walk away from the tube. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!
Our whole entire visit was great, all in thanks to the lovely welcome, ease of check-in and great flat. It was a great location would highly recommend.
This is a clean, modern, well stocked flat with a lovely, peaceful, and unique view of the canal. The flat was fairly easy to get to, with about an 11 minute walk to the tube station/bus stop. There is not much directly around the flat in terms of shops or restaurants, but that made it very quiet for sleeping. The host was very communicative.
There is everything you need here for a comfortable stay. The view of the canal is very attractive. It is located in a trendy safe neighborhood. The walk to the Angel Underground Station is about 12 minutes away giving you access to any site you would want to see. Kitchen has any utensil you need, Beds are comfortable and there are two bathrooms. Our host met us for check-in and showed us around the apt. He was very helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend this property.
Property exactly as advertised. Friendly check in by Warren who showed us around the flat. Perfect location to coffee shop, supermarket and transport. We easily walked into London to explore! The outlook to the canal was a lovely distraction from the hustle and bustle of this great inner city spot.
Beautiful, clean, spacious apartment in convenient location
We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment so conveniently located in London. The apartment itself was in wonderful condition in a great neighborhood. It worked well for two married couples traveling together. It was only 15 to 20 minutes by bus to many of the Thames-front locations.
Loved this stay, the apartment had everything we needed and after we worked out the tube, we found it within reach of all attractions. Light and airy apartment with great outlook 😊
We were met by our host Warren, on check-in who gave an overview of the apartment. The place was clean, tidy, comfortable and in a great location - short walk to the high street, tube station and a wide range of pubs, cafes and restaurants😎
Everything went smoothly with check in. Warren greeted us at the apartment and oriented us. The place was immaculate and in such a lovely location. Highly recommend.
Don't want to say too much because it will be totally booked all the time!! It's a very comfortable, clean, bright property in a great area. Warren was wonderful to work with -- very responsive to questions. The view of the canal was great -- peaceful. Lots of nice pubs around. Looking forward to renting this property again.
Great apartment, good location, 10 min walk to Angel tube station, 4 min walk to Co-op and 10 min to main shopping and dining area in Islington. Apartment is just as described and communication with Warren prior to and during check-in was great. Highly recommended.

Great comfortable flat, conveniently located
We loved our stay at this apartment in Angel. Beautiful setting, right on the Regents Canal in a quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to the Angel station. Several nice shops and restaurants close by. The unit looks like new, contemporary, and very clean. Building is very well kept. We felt very safe.
It was our first time to London and we had a great time! We highly recommend this place.
We had a great time staying here for two weeks in June with our kiddos aged 7 and 11. The flat is clean, comfortable and well-equipped for cooking. Manager Warren was great to work with and made everything easy. The building was quiet and very secure, and the bus and tube links made getting around easy. Lots of fantastic food nearby as well. And yes, the swans! Having the basin (and kayak school) outside made for a fun and unique experience. We would happily stay here again.
Amazing flat in a super convenient location. Warren the host/owner went out of his way to greet us, and was most welcoming. The flat has the most peaceful view out the back picture windows, with a small balcony for coffee or fresh air. 10 min walk to Angel station which will take you anywhere you desire in London. ~20-40 minutes to most any attraction/spot. Islington itself feels like a Brooklyn or Queens neighborhood if you’ve been there for reference.
The location and condition of this property are both amazing. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean, super modern, and well equipped. The water pressure in the showers was fabulous. Everything in the apartment felt like new.
Warren was fabulous to work with- clear, accommodating, flexible, kind.
Just a 5-10 minute walk to the metro, lots of shops and restaurants nearby make this property more than 5* in our opinion. Such a great stay!
Liked that this location was close to tube (10 min walk). Liked the kitchen. Loved the view. Couch was comfortable. Warren the manager was helpful and easy to deal w it. Master Bed wasn’t very comfortable but I’d still stay again. Also to note that this is in a high student populated area and the students can be very loud on some nights.

Great apartment in a good location
This was our first experience with a HomeAway booking and it was excellent. The apartment was great for a family with two children. It was very well equipped, with plenty of space. Warren was very helpful throughout the booking process and provided a very warm welcome when we arrived after travelling for over 26hours. The location of the apartment was handy to the tube (Northern Line) and bus and there were plenty of local places to eat and drink. There were several supermarkets within walking distance and we utilised the kitchen several times during our stay.

Wonderful flat right in the middle of London
Our family could not have been happier with our accommodations in London. This flat has it all and is incredibly centrally located. It is super clean, very comfortable and has an absolutely beautiful view of the canal. We enjoyed the view each morning as we drank our coffee or tea and planned our adventure for the day. There is a little co-op market literally a 5 min walk down the street and the bus and tube are super close and can get you anywhere in the city. We really appreciated the washer and dryer (we didn't need to pack so much) and the dishwasher as it made our stay super easy.
Finally, I must acknowledge the property manager, Warren. He was so helpful and quick to respond to any inquiry. He was a joy to work with.
We will most definitely be back as even for a 10 day stay, we barely scratched the surface of this amazing city. I highly recommend this flat.
I would highly recommend Mr. Warren's flat. Warren was perfect not only during my stay, but also from the time of booking to when I left. Thanks to him I never had to worry about a thing. Warren's flat is very clean and well equipped with all kitchen utensils. The kitchen utensils are also luxurious. There are a number of supermarkets near Angel Station, so I enjoyed buying different ingredients and cooking in the kitchen every day. Also, the bedroom was very comfortable and when the weather was nice, I could wake up to the morning sun from the window. What I liked most of all was the view from the living room. The view from the large windows was like a painting. Also, when you go out on the balcony, there are swans and ducks, and you can see this peaceful scenery every day. It's like a 'free bird garden'! If you think I'm exaggerating, you should definitely stay here and experience it for yourself. It's amazing to have such a view in central London. I stayed during the winter season, so I haven't experienced it yet. ・・・・ It's also good to go downstairs and watch birds on the benches in the garden. I always used Angel station as the nearest station. It takes about 10 minutes from Mr. Warren's flat to the station. The path along the canal is great for a walk. Angel station is also convenient for buses as well as the underground. I think this is the perfect place for people who want to 'live like they live in London'. I would stay in Mr. Warren's flat again! I already think so now.
