It’s great to hear that the location and facilities made your stay pleasant and comfortable. We’re sorry that a few aspects weren’t ideal, such as the bed comfortthe shower bracket. We’ll take note of your observations to review and improve these details. As for the hairdryer, our maintenance team is available 24/7, and we could have provided a better one if you had let us know. Regarding a welcome pack, as you mentioned, we don’t typically include one, but we appreciate the suggestion. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future for an even better stay.
